My first time while visiting Austin TX. It's not going to be my last time now that I know that it is one in Ga.

I have now been twice and just haven’t been terribly impressed with the Ramen. I’ve eaten a lot of Ramen around Austin and in Japan but I just can’t find anything about this Ramen that would make me want to try it again.

Spicy chicken ramen is really good. It was about a 30 minute wait on a Saturday evening

We just moved to Austin and we’ve been looking for a few months for a good Ramen place with no luck. We accidentally found this place on Super Bowl night and we really lucked out. It’s a nice clean place. The decor is great. The staff are very nice and patient. We ordered some Ramen bowls and hoped for the best. We were really blown away by the quality of the Ramen. The broth was great. The accuracy of their seasoning and spicing was impressive. Usually when I ask for different levels for spices, I don’t always get what I asked for but this time the chef hit it right on the nail on their first try. The broth was very flavorful, but not overpowering the Ramen noodles were high-quality and perfectly cooked. It’s crazy that I’m writing a review for this place but I was really impressed and I want this place to do good so I can keep coming back with my family. There’s a whole bunch of other stuff on the menu that we can’t wait to try on future visits. It’s also great that there’s a lot of free parking so I don’t have to worry about that. Kudos to everybody that works there.

I frequent the Katy location, so when I found out Austin had one, I had to go.
The host acted like seating us was a hard task.
Our Waiter was a very nice man, very attentive and helpful.
I’ve had the lyechee martini several times times, usually 2-3 per visit.
The one at the Austin location taste off, but I assumed it’s due to a different bartender so it was fine.
Both me and my friend had two a piece and ended our night with extremely bad head aches that I’ve never had before.
I’m assuming they used a cheap vodka or something different than what I’m is usually in my drink.

Jinyu Ramen Bar delivered a genuinely satisfying ramen experience overall. I ordered the spicy creamy ramen and asked to substitute tofu with chicken, and they were very accommodating — the swap worked beautifully. The broth was rich, deeply flavorful, and well-balanced, with a creamy heat that didn’t overpower the umami base. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into layering flavors rather than just relying on spice.

One thing that really stands out, and something echoed across many other reviews, is how good they are with add-ons, combinations, and customizations. Whether it’s protein swaps, spice levels, or extra toppings, they seem very open to tailoring bowls to individual preferences, which is a big plus for a ramen spot.

The only downside — and the reason this stays at four stars instead of five — is temperature. By the time I was only halfway through the bowl, the ramen had cooled more than expected. My recommendation would be to serve it extra hot. People coming specifically for ramen are already prepared to handle the heat, and keeping it hotter longer would really elevate the experience. (Maybe I will ask that explicitly next time.)

Overall, excellent flavors, thoughtful customization, and a solid ramen option at The Domain. With just a little more attention to serving temperature, this could easily be a five-star spot.

Edit : Wenr back today and the preparation was terrific. They also did a substitution I requested for and served the ramen extra hit 🔥!! I also signed up for membership and got a complimentary mochi ice cream.

I very rarely write bad reviews, but every time Ive eaten here I get the spicy creamy vegan ramen and almost every single time it has made me sick. Last year I was sick for 11 days, and last night I thought maybe I’ll try again, and yet I’m sick again. I never have stomach problems like this, it makes me wonder what’s in the food or how clean the restaurant and staff is.
They replied it’s an allergy I have, however I do not have any allergies, and I have eaten at several other locations with no problems. I’ve even eaten at this location for years, but it hasn’t been until this past year that this place has given me problems, which is why I tried multiple times to go back, yet ended up sick anyway.
