Listen people, if you thought that this food was good, you need to reevaluate your credentials to rate food. The meal wasnt bad, but its certainly was underwhelming. I went because of the reviews, thinking it would be competitive with other Korean restaurants in the region. The spare ribs tasted like soy sauce and sugar. Nothing else. The kimchi tasted like it came out of a can.

Stopping by Jjim every single time I'm in Austin is an absolute must! I'm a huge fan of Korean cuisine, and this place is a gem.I've been here several times with different friends, and some of the items that I've ordered are: Beef Galbi Jjim, Beef Kimchi Fried Rice, Beef Bulgogi, Spicy Pork Bulgogi, steamed white rice, glass noodles, brussel sprouts, and Watermelon Margarita. This whole menu is top-notch, honestly. I've never had a bad item here. The food flavor, quality, and freshness are insanely consistent. The brussel sprouts are the best I've ever had in my life. And just to put this into perspective, I order brussel sprouts from any place that serves them. They are my absolute favorite vegetable. The service is great. They are very patient. The watermelon maragita... GET THE MARGARITA ? There isn't a word to describe how good this thing is!If I could gove them 10 stars I would. Highly recommend.

I am still giving this place 5 stars because the food is the best ever, the braised beef in particular. Been there 3 times and love it.However there is one waiter who has waited on us two times. The first time he had an attitude. The second time he was downright racist. Very uncomfortable.

Might be the best Korean restaurant in Austin, this place is incredible and I don’t know how it isn’t packed 24/7. If you’ve never been, give it a chance, I guarantee you’ll be amazed by the flavors and presentation of each and every option on the menu.

Very good Korean food! Definitely worth a try. Just look at the pictures and tell me you don’t want to try that.

Stopped in since it was around the corner from the air bnb and was impressed would have had more, but we were snacking at different places.

The beef short ribs were really good, and I recommend the spicy tofu soup (its very spicy!!) but I wasn’t very happy with the other dishes I got. I usually love tteokbokki but couldn’t finish these

As a Korean, I loved food here a lot! It was authentic korean food plus more. My three favorite dishes were Galbi Jjim (very authentic + meat was melting in the mouth), Galbi Gomtang (just like one in Korea) and Spicy rice cake with beef (not traditional Ddukbbokki but very tasty - if you are a Korean, you should try!) Service was great and the restaurant was very clean.

Loved this place!! We went before a comedy show and the HH was great! My fiancée got a beer and soju special - soju was delicious! We got the Brussel sprouts, the kimchi fried rice, the beef galbi jjim with rice noodles! I got a watermelon soju cocktail as well and it was super light and refreshing. The Brussel sprouts were amazing - I still think about them - some of the best we've had in town. The kimchi fried rice was really good as well but the beef galbi with rice noodles steals the show! The flavor!! It was incredibly tasty and worth getting! Very cute space inside and the service was great too. You order at the front and the servers will bring it all out as ready. Def recommend going!

10/10 from someone who grew up with authentic Korean foods in my home this place really nails it. Probably the most authentic flavorings I've found in Austin
