The waitstaff was short handed, and we were served by assistant manager Jennifer. She was as good or better than any server I have ever had anywhere.
Kyle was an amazing server. definitely went above and beyond on everything. checked on me often and even packed the leftovers
Build your own pasta was good. Fettuccine Alfredo was below average.
On the plus side, our server was outstanding.
Great food and service. Family enjoyed the evening at Johnny Carino's.
Had Zoe as my server and she was so sweet and helpful! Another server chloe stopped by and complimented my purse and recommended the stuffed mushrooms. Definitely a very welcoming environment from everyone there!
Our server Chloe was very attentive and hospitable! Best service I’ve ever had! She had a great sense of urgency as well!
Great service from our waitress Chloe. She kept our drinks refilled and was very friendly.
My server Chloe… LEGEND!! Service was amazing, very attentive always on time with everything!! Drink was never empty!!
Great service from our wonderful server Chloe! She had great menu knowledge and provided us with excellent recommendations
I ordered the jalapeño garlic tilapia, but the sauce was not creamy. It was pretty watered down so the sauce did not stick to the noodles. We also ordered the chicken alfredo, but it had strands of pasta stuck together because they didn't stir it and there was very little sauce. The pasta was undercooked. The chicken was cut width wise instead of length wise which just doesn't look right. I understand prices for everything has gone up but that should not affect the quality of the food. The chicken parm on Johnny's trio was overcooked. On a positive note, the bread was fresh out of the oven and the calamari was great.

All the colorado stores have closed, so it was nice to get the Italian nachos and bellini. While traveling thru. I hope they keep this open. The restrooms did need some attention. They are short staffed , but our waiter was doing great at keeping all tables serviced and the food was good and hot warm bread.

Waited more than 45 mins at a near empty restaurant, and once seated waited what seemed just as long for service. Iced drinks were watered down, salads were limp, pasta overly salty, and the birthday ice cream went without spoons.
3 hours later, lunch finally ended. Thank goodness.

Food was not that great. The waiter did not ask what we wanted to drink. The Alfredo had too much pepper. If you’re going to eat here I suggest you pay with cash. They added an extra $5 to my bill when I reviewed my card statement.

The reason in reviewing this location is because this is the closest one we have to Kyle and I really would like to stress how much I’d love one of these stores here. We need more restaurant and food choices and it would be amazing if they put a carinos here. Please consider. Ilarios is the closest thing to Italian here and I thought it was not Italian at all and pretty bad at that. Carinos is delicious but so far from us for delivery or take out. The lasagna here is so good. The desserts are really too pricey but they taste good. I love pasta and there’s no good pasta places near Kyle.
