I can't brag enough about the lovelies that have been making my "Surprise Me" lattes. Every one of them has been absolutely delicious. From the very first one (something cinnamony) to the samoas cookie replica, to the black forest cake and blueberry muffin. Its absolute decadence in a to-go cup. I can't wait to taste what they make me next!

My meetup group has been going to Jo's for years! We love the drinks and the staff. The fact that it's incredibly queer friendly is a great plus.

Slow service.. cold taco.. good coffee..

Not sure why they give us super watered down salsa to the point it literally runs off my taco. Tacos are hella overpriced in my opinion.

Good tacos but the drive through takes 20+ minutes and it’s easier to just walk-in and get served at the counter.

The best coffee shop in Austin. Love all the folks there. Great management and great employees! AND a drive-through!

You come here for their sweet cold brew Iced Turbo or Belgian and their seasonal drink items. Their food is nothing special

I've never been treated so poorly by people at a restaurant that I'm giving my hard earned money to. The girls in the drive thru are normally nice unless you pre-order your food through door dash. Then they become aggressive - Anna and Alexandra specifically. I think they get issues with door dash frequently and they take their anger out on the customers instead of taking that energy and using it for good. On two occasions I went to pickup my order and they were out of items. Instead of offering solutions they immediately snap at the customer, calling me inappropriate adjectives, and being downright passive aggressive. I’m shocked they employee people like that. I had to record the interaction this time because of how they attacked me thru the drive thru. Based on prior reviews, it looks like this is a recurring theme where other customers are experiencing the same thing. In my situation specifically they blamed the manager the entire time. It's obvious they aren't loyal to their employer and were throwing her under the bus. They should change jobs if they are that miserable.

I wanted a pick-me-up before classes and got the iced turbo which is their signature coffee, it was really yummy!! One of the baristas, Karo, recommended it to me in the drive-thru and I'm glad I took her advice. The service was great and fast, my drink was out in the blink of an eye. I will definitely be coming back!

Jo’s Coffee is one of my favorite stops in Austin. I come here at least once a week, and my dog practically drags me there on our morning walks because the staff treat him like a VIP every single time. The coffee is always excellent, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere has that relaxed Austin charm that makes you want to linger. It’s rare to find a place that consistently delivers on both quality and warmth - Jo’s does both perfectly.

What you'd expect from a chain. They have both outdoor and indoor sitting, pets are welcome and it's pretty chill.
