Heard the food was really good was excited to try it for the first time tonight after texting their number to order I got confirmed for 25 min pickup. I arrived in 30 min For them to tell me they did not receive my order 🙃 and that it will be another 25 minutes so much for trying this place the guy at front was rude too

I can only eat the rice with the yum yum sauce I literally bought 3 sauces so they couldn’t forget it and they don’t put in the sauce I paid for the whole reason I bought the rice was to eat it with the yum yum sauce to not be able to eat it because they can’t follow simple instructions

Spend over 70 bucks for 2 plates to have hair in them me and girlfriend called not tryna refund our money hair was in both plates now they not answering the phone and we are trying to bring order back for refund and when we got there nobody had hair nets or nothing I will never eat or spend my money here again want hibachi go sit at a restaurant where it’s sanitary and they treat customers correctly and we Uber there spent over a 100 bucks just to eat there n get there and back home I’m absolutely pissed honestly with my experience and there customer service cause my girlfriend is pregnant and she cried about her food

Paid for two filet & chicken combo plates, but they gave us ny strip instead 😒 when I called to tell them, she said they ran out of ny strip and maybe they didn’t “cut” their filets right… like what?? I’m sorry but you shouldn’t be serving anything you don’t know how to properly handle. The steak they gave us was very gristle-y and hard to chew… much like the ny strip they “ran out of” 🙃. We used to go here often before they changed locations and never had an issue, I’m only giving them two stars bc the chicken and rice was cool. However, they’ve really gone down ever since moving unfortunately :((
