This place is right down the road from where my husband works and also from ACC highland where I'm currently taking classes, so it's super convenient. Parking is easy, outdoor seating is nice in the covered patio, service is quick, and staff is super friendly. I always put my orders in online and they are done within 5 min (this is between 8-9am). Love the fact that I can add fruit to smoothies without an extra charge as well! I've definitely leveled up a couple smoothies that way :)

I really wanted to like this place. But I have never ever had great service here. Today was the last straw. I won't ever buy from any JuiceLand again. The cashier wouldn't take me and my husband's order because she insisted on talking with another customer to catch up. I thought giving it 10 minutes while pretending to look at the menu would give them enough time to wrap it up. But after the excessive wait, followed by my order not only being wrong, but tasting bland like water, I'm over it! Never again. Gross! Gosh, I miss Juice Generation in New York City.

if i could give a zero star I would that older women in the front needs an attitude check what could have been a simple fix turned into petty attitude upon receiving my order. mkay

I always come to this Juiceland particularly because of the late hours. I really enjoy that fact. This was my spot to come with my dogs. My dogs and I have always loved Juiceland. They love their peanut butter pup cups or carrot pup cups. I had been coming the past couple of weeks to get them with the same worker who works during the week. Then, I came today and the manager was present and said they don’t do that here. I thought Austin was a dog friendly community? When I moved to Austin 3 years ago, the juiceland employees in South Austin saw my dogs and asked me if I wanted some for my dogs. It’s always been a place I love to bring them. I won’t be coming to this location anymore. All the juicelands in South Austin do it. I hope it’s not just just a North Austin thing that they decided not to do it. I love the juices and smoothies and am a frequent customer. The manager still gave them to me which was nice, but it wasn’t promised for next time, so I’ll be going elsewhere.

I visited Juiceland today, and to be honest, it was a disappointment. The place was overcrowded with families and children, many of whom were coughing. People were casually discussing how their kids were sick and not feeling well. I can't help but wonder why anyone would bring their sick family out in public, potentially spreading illness to the community. Moreover, it was unsettling to witness people coughing all over the place without any regard for the other guests. It's quite disgusting and should not be tolerated by Juiceland. This experience has left me, my family, and my friends with serious reservations about ever visiting your establishment again.
