Went out for some yummy smoothies, and hand out some flyers from Milo Apartments only a mile walk from the domain!!! Savannah K was really helpful and friendly

Worse Juiceland we’ve had in 7 years. All three SMOOTHIES tasted of water with ice lumps not blended.

I usually enjoy JuiceLand, but this location was a disappointment. The staff was very rude and dismissive, and the wait times were way longer than they should be. On top of that, I learned that after 3pm the juices are not made fresh — they’re pre-stored, which really defeats the purpose of coming here for freshness. Be aware of that if you’re visiting later in the day. Overall, highly disappointed.
Need an App! Better experience with online orders is my only recommendation

Smoothies were completely melted when given to us. Also asked for a cup of water for our baby after ordering our smoothies & were told they’d have to charge us. Disappointed at the level of customer care over something so small and inconsequential.

Staff is sweet but SO SLOW 😭 Two people who ordered way after me were getting their orders first and I was drenched in sweat by the time my smoothie was ready
Juice was good, Açaí bowl not so much. Staff wasn’t friendly or welcoming, the guy that brings out the juice open the window and whisper your name once then close the window. Need to be trained on their delivery.

DISGUSTING MANAGEMENT.
I had a deeply upsetting experience at JuiceLand at the domain today while picking up a mobile order. While the incredibly sweet woman working the window went to check on my order, I overheard a man—who I assume was a manager or supervisor—speaking to her in an INCREDIBLY belittling tone. When she respectfully asked him not to speak to her that way, he yelled at her to shut up, all within earshot of customers and with the window wide open. I was absolutely shocked and disgusted by this behavior. Despite this appalling treatment, the employee was still kind and professional toward me. No one should ever be spoken to like that, especially in the workplace. Management needs to take accountability—this kind of verbal abuse is unacceptable and this person should be fired immediately.

AJ is so fantastic! He goes above and beyond to make us feel a part of the juice land community. We love coming here
My percolator smoothie was amazing and Jacinda was so great about helping pick my protein to up my game!
