We recently had dinner at Julie’s Noodles in Austin, Texas, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. We ordered the beef noodle bowl, mixed dumplings, and pork potstickers. The food was excellent—each dish bursting with authentic flavors and freshly prepared. The beef in the noodle bowl was tender, and the dumplings were perfectly crafted with a great balance of fillings. The potstickers were crispy and delicious.
While the food was outstanding, the environment was quite crowded, which is understandable given the restaurant’s popularity. However, it could be a bit cleaner to enhance the dining experience. Parking was a challenge, but that’s par for the course in this area of Austin.
Despite the minor inconveniences, we had a great time, and we’d definitely recommend Julie’s Noodles for a flavorful meal. We’ll be back for more of those amazing dumplings!
Vegetarian options: If you’re purely vegetarian, you probably be able to find something, but it wasn’t the biggest menu on the vegetarian side
Parking: Very crowded many cars very few parking areas
Wheelchair accessibility: Probably not a good place to go if you’re in a wheelchair

We ordered pig ears, pork soup dumplings, pork shrimp chive fried dumplings, beef noodle soup… the only thing that was good were the pig ears, the soup dumplings and the noodles were just ok. The fried dumplings were bad.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant behind Mr. Tramps. It's counter service but there was plenty of seating, items you need at your table, water with ice, and the food came out fast and hot. The wonton soup was delicious, the fried rice was good but not my fav, and that buns were good too. So many things we'll have to try next time. We can't wait!!
Chicken chow mein is delicious, noodles have a perfect texture and flavor. Cumin chicken and chicken dumplings are also good. Lamb noodle soup doesn’t have a lot of flavor and the noodles are very chewy. Chilli oil is amazing.
These were the first soup dumplings I ever tried, and they sent me on a mission: to find the best soup dumplings out there. I am basically cultish now in my devotion to eating soup dumplings, and many steamers later, these are still the best ones I have had.

Amazing Noodle House ? The pork soup dumplings? Absolute perfection! I went for the seafood noodle soup, and it was everything. Simple, tasty, no complaints... except that the shrimp in a soup come fully dressed, and I had to play seafood stylist—removing tails and heads like I’m preparing them for a red carpet. I didn’t mind this, some of you might... But, the prices? Unreal! Do yourself a favor and get there, like, yesterday. You’ll thank me later. ?

The most authentic spicy hotpot in the United States. The taste is salty and authentic. Suo Fen Suo Noodles are all good. Although the boss lady doesn't smile much when she's busy. But after being busy, she becomes a kind and kind big sister who cares about the taste and feelings of her customers.

Highly recommend the Shredded tofu salad. The sauce is so good I can’t describe it ?. The beef burrito is delicious ?. A lot of beef with crispy wrap. The lamb soup is also good ?. The soup dumplings with lots of soup and the wrap doesn’t tear. The shrimp chow mien is just ok.
