Server was not very welcoming and forgot a few things. Not very accommodating, his name was Andrew and gave excuses for his absentminded mistakes

We have dined at Juliet since it opened on Barton Springs. It's always been a great location, vibe, food. We even had our engagement hh at Juliet. However, after returning in almost a year the menu has changed. Gluten-free options are not clearly outlined, and when our food arrived my husband‘s gluten-free pasta had a sauce that contained flour, thankfully called out by another waiter, but unfortunately had to be changed and remade. When the second dish was brought out, there was bread on the plate of pasta, that was not gluten-free and should've been left off. Past dishes, like calamari, Crudo, and others no longer on the menu should be revisited. The new menu is super limited and also is not reflected on any website/open table booking, etc. so we would've never known prior to our reservation. Likely won't go back.

Food was just ok. Service wasn't great. Never got the bread they promised would be out. Only checked on us once.

Service was super sparse & the pizza was so disappointing! We'd heard good things, so could have been an off night?

Happy Hour from 3-6 every day! Food was great but service was inconsistent. My husband didn't get half the things he ordered. We'll give it another try though.

Again another fabulous meal at Juliet's! The service was amazing! The bartenders were right on point!

Juliet's atmosphere and food are fabulous! We have been many times and this time we had friends from out of town join us! The food was excellent, but the service was sub par...our reservation was at 7:00pm and at 8:30pm we still didn't have our food. We were with friends who we hadn't seen in 2 years so that was a great distraction from the slow service.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at this restaurant. The food was not only delicious but also full of flavor. The prices were very affordable, making it the perfect spot for a satisfying meal without breaking the bank.

I hired Juliette’s for a corporate event and would do it over and over again! This review is about the great food but specifically Cameron, who is over catering! She is the type of employee you want to send out to represent you. She was on time (before time), sweet, patient with my order from email to face to face and extremely helpful. We are so thankful for her and will be booking again because of the great food but it is because of Cameron as well. I hope someone in management sees this and know they have a star on their hands! Thank you Cameron! (Also, get the Alfredo, add extra sauce on top and then top it off with Parmesan- YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!)

I went 2 weeks ago for my birthday and it appeared as a suggestion because it had good reviews, I was craving Italian food. From the moment I entered the place I liked the atmosphere and the decoration.
I loved the food, I tried the pumpkin cream, very seasonal, it was the first time I ordered it and it exceeded my expectations, I went at lunch time and they have a menu to eat a little bit of everything.
Definitely flavors that delight the palate, beautiful view and good service, highly recommended.

Very pretty place with a nice vibe. Before we ordered, we were given bread with oil. The oil was very tasty but the bread was cold, which seems to be a running theme. My boyfriend and I ordered the margherita pizza and the butternut squash ravioli. They came out at the same time and while the margherita pizza was hot, the ravioli was lukewarm at best and not very enjoyable to eat. I informed our waiter about this, who brought out the manager who said the cook was remaking it, but unfortunately when it came back it was only slightly warmer, as the outside of the ravioli was warm but the filling was cold. At this point, we did not want to bother the waiter or the cook again but the food was certainly not up to our standards, both the temperature and the taste, as we thought the pasta was way too sweet for an entree. The portion was incredibly small as well, and disproportionate to the amount of raw spinach on the plate. Judging by the subpar taste and the fact that it kept coming out cold, I'm tempted to say the ravioli came from frozen and was not cooked fresh. The pizza was fine, nothing spectacular, kind of tasted like a plain cheese pizza you could get from anywhere with just a little basil on top. Service was good though, and the manager was super nice, but will not be returning.

i came in town to visit friends who frequent juliette’s so they took me there to have dinner. the atmosphere is lovely especially on a beautiful day. the food is terrific, and the service is top notch.

to thank my friends hosting the weekend & my first ACL festival i purchased a digital e card online. somehow it got lost in space so i called the restaurant to help me out. fortunately i had the pleasure of working with Clayton who went out of his way to be sure my gift card for my friends was received. this man personally delivered the gift card to their house! i’ve never experienced such kindness in the restaurant industry.

thank you clayton! you’re truly one of a kind! i tip my hat to the folks running the show over at juliette’s, they’re doing a fine job!
