Took my mom and aunt to this place, Claudia was so nice and even gave us a sample of their most famous item: verde chicken enchilada which was DELICIOUS. We had the daily special which was a beautifully prepared fried fish taco, authentic Baja style. So nice to have REAL Mexican cuisine not texmex. You can taste the quality and the freshness. Will definitely be back soon!

I can not say enough great things about this Austin treasure. I go out of my way to eat there or pick up food. The food is delicious, they have an extensive menu, options for everyone. The feeling of the restaurant is laid back, always has been but they recently did a refresh. Important to say that with the subtle changes, this still is very much classic old Austin.

Quaint tex-mex place in a great neighborhood. The food is always fresh, Salsa is homemade and has a kick. They use rotisserie chicken cooked onsite in all their dishes and it's delicious! Sides of rice and beans were also fresh-made with lots of flavor. Service to our patio table was sparse so the 3 stars. Atmosphere not great bc the place is so small and on a busy street corner. I thought the food pricing was high even for the fresh ingredients, and the margarita price...
