Me and my husband have been here for about 7 times already we love this place but today at 4:30 we arrive and the waiter came to take our order but middle taking the order she left and about 5 min came back but didn’t even have us time to order a drink then at 4;50we received the 2 meat almost 15 min later meat that it is not cook it raw obvious us to cook it we only order 3 kind for meat and that was it of the 1 hr that we was here no one came and told us if we wanted to order more there’s mas 3 more table and we were the only was that we didn’t get a approach for a hole 30 min 3 people had to come and ask us if we wanted more meat but I did told them that we didn’t even receive the first one , at the end we didn’t even had a server and for a peace of chicken and beef I paid $80 I did not left a tip because one we were never approached and never even asked if we were good but for the other 3 table yes I am NEVER COMING BACK I am going to look for another option it is so ridiculous that I had to pay $80 por a peace of chicken that I could eat because I wanted to pay and leave

It has been a while since the last time we visited so here we are and it didn’t disappoint. Today the family and I were craving Korean bbq and since we wanted to have good tasting sides we came to K bbq ( not to mention all the options we have for desserts in this area).
The service was great our server was on track the whole meal. For appetizers we had the French fries ( my son loves those), Mandu and japchae. For the meal we had chadol, galbi tang and the spicy beef chadol, all of those were delicious. Of course we had the sides and salad. I really like the rice too, it’s clean and flavorful. Great job K bbq always on point!

A cockroach ended up on our grill. We saw several on the floor as well. The staff was nice but the food was questionable.
UPDATE: Not only did they not comp our meal, but they gave me a gift card with only $20 on it for a $100 meal.

I ate here the other day and the server brought my food out before turning on the grill and we had to wait a very long time to actually get started. The fire under the grill was very uneven and one side would burn significantly faster than the other. And to top it all off, though we had nice servers, they wore the same gloves even after touching raw meat.

We came in on Saturday it was a group of us We paid for the top-tier menu expecting better quality and service, but neither lived up to it. The meats didn’t feel premium, and the experience felt rushed from the moment we sat down. Staff brought everything out at once, checked in rarely, and seemed more focused on turning tables than letting us enjoy the meal. For the price, the value just isn’t there. I do like the variety of options but service and quality wasn’t there and this was our first time .

My family and I had a wonderful time eating Korean BBQ. We got so full after 4 rounds of meat. The service was exceptional. Our server Jennifer was kind and took care of us the whole night. She was very attentive.
We were already eating before I realized I needed to take photos.
Again it's a wonderful place to eat at. We would a 1,000 percent recommend.

Food came out frozen. Meats were sub-par. No seasoning at all. “Flavored” meats were not marinated at all. Had to ask for more water several times. Had to pause cooking several times for 10+ minutes before they would come change the grill.
Food came out very slowly. They forgot several dishes. They also brought out the wrong dishes (despite repeating it back correctly when it was ordered).
After paying, they forgot to bring back the credit card. Went back a week later to pick it up (not local) and there must have been 80+ credit cards sitting there… so clearly we were not the first and will not be the last…
Would never go there again. The worst Korean bbq place I have been to by far.
