Excellent bbq! Would eat there again

Best Korean BBQ EVER!! The spicy pork actually melts in your mouth. All of the sides are phenomenal, the prime rib, Wagu, and the veggie tempura were amazing as well. By far the best I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to many!! We did the all you can eat and it was a ton of food. The entire shopping center is Asian restaurants and shops, and a little bakery as well. I can’t wait to come back.

Last year I went there on my 18th birthday, just me and my small family. The food was great, and the atmosphere was good, but the only problem was our waitress. And this is gonna sound a bit weird after being seated. Our waitress was doing small conversations with us, and I thought nothing but ok-ish, and she was being nice and all. But after finishing our meal and paying it here comes the awful part of this our waitress came at us RUNNING twords us in public expecting us to pay her a TIP a god dam TIP and some how I knew there was something up with her being soooo nice to us like extremely nice to us and I can't just believe it. She was really expecting a tip from us, to be honest. My family isn't rich, but we just went here for just my birthday, but ofc this waitress came running to us and never forgetting moment for my birthday. We did give her a tip, but 5 dollars sorry that's all we had in cash (actually not sorry u did ruin it by running twords me and my family) this would be the last time I'll ever go there again.

The meat quality is extremely low. Just be aware of that. We found it hard to eat the pork, shrimp, calamari, and chicken. There were no cooking instructions either. We went ahead and all did B package because it has seafood (Calamari, shrimp, etc). The menu stated clearly “Deep Fried Calamari” however, when it arrived at the table, it was unseasoned, raw, and frozen. Also we ordered spicy shrimp and when it came, it was frozen, it was also marinated but still had all shells and had not been cleaned out (a lot of shrimp with feces still in it) so if you want shrimp, you have to sit there and peel all of them and clean them out yourself before cooking… which was especially hard since it was frozen & soaking in oily marinade…. Slippery.

The staff was awfully rude. The server was pleasant but the gentleman changing out the grills were rude and dumped all of our meat off to change the grill out without saying anything. We thanked them many times for their help but they didn’t acknowledge anyone and looked miserable.

We spoke to our friend and they came here a month ago and agreed with our experience and said they had an unpleasant experience as well.
We will not be back.

Poor Quality Frozen Meat
The baby octopus had a weird, jelly-like texture and was pretty gross. I ordered veggie tempura, but it was just fried shredded potatoes—basically hash browns. The teriyaki chicken was just a big chunk of unseasoned chicken thigh.
We even got charged an extra $5 for not finishing the octopus, which wasn’t fresh, plus some burnt meat and pork that smelled bad

It's our first time to eat here as part of a medium sized group/party. We were in a private room with ample seating and elbow room. The room was clean and the ventilation was great. We didn't smell like charred BBQ after. The cuts of meat were wonderful and the seafood (shrimps & octopus) were fresh enough. The server assigned to assist us was there most of the time to assist with the bbqing. All in all, we had a wonderful first time experience. I highly recommend you give KBBQ a try.

Service was great. The quality of meat/food compared to their price though doesn’t make it worth it.

Honestly our waitress was really rude and dry youd say thank you and she'd say " yah " in a passive aggressive tone lol , but there was another woman named Song and she made everything better ! I'm in service industry and restaurant management and her service was so warm and welcoming ! The food was great too ! Ask for Song if you come in !

Was disappointed with the customer service. Our waitress was very rude when we asked for refills, and she shut off the grill when we were still cooking our food. The sauces were average in flavor, kind of bland. Also, I wish they'd give more pairs tongs or utensils, only two tongs for four people
