This I our second time coming to this establishment and they were just as amazing as the first time. The atmosphere is amazing and versatile. This is can be a perfect spot for a date, or a business meeting, or even just hanging out with friends. They offer a verity of food. You will see the basics like pork bell all the way to exotic items like octopus. And on top of that, the staff is amazing and super friendly. If I could rate this a 9/5 I would.

We love eating at this Korean BBQ place every time we visit town! It’s always busy, but the restaurant is clean and very fun. They have robots that bring us what we order, which is super cool! The people who work there are really nice and always around when we need something, so we never have to call them over. There are a variety of meats and cuts to choose from the eel and marinated Galbi are a favorite in our group, and they change the grill for us frequently a lot so everything cooks just right. There is so much more than just bbq we love their side dishes, soups, steamed egg, and corn cheese! We probably ordered 4 corn cheeses between rounds of meat. We always come here with our family and friends, and it’s always a great time. It’s the best! I would strongly recommend trying things off the all you can eat menu too the Jjamppong is divine, it is a seafood noodle soup with crab, shrimp, and even whole octopus.

Disappointing Dining Experience at KBBQ AustinDear KBBQ Austin Management,I typically don’t write reviews, but my recent dining experience at KBBQ Austin was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share my feedback.Firstly, throughout the evening, our server seemed to disappear for extended periods, and we had to ask multiple times for things. This lack of attentiveness was disappointing and detracted from the overall experience.However, the most alarming incident occurred when I bit into something hard while eating, only to discover it was a bug. Naturally, this was a horrifying experience, and I immediately brought it to the attention of the staff.I spoke with the general manager/owner, who took my spoon with the bug on it and discussed the issue with other managers. While I appreciate the apology and the gesture of 20% off, I must express my disappointment. Finding a bug in my food is unacceptable, and a mere 20% off does not adequately address the severity of the situation especially coming from the owners.Regrettably, this experience has led me to the decision not to return to KBBQ Austin. I genuinely wish the response from the management had been more substantial, as this incident has left me deeply unsatisfied with my visit.

We have tried a few of the Korean BBQ restaurants in the metro Austin area and decided we would give this one a try since it was close to where we were handling business the other day.While there are several positive reviews, it seems we should have paid attention to the more negative ones.It was shortly after they opened at noon, so we thought it would be a good time to beat the typical "lunch rush."There wasn't a line, but we were having to wait to be seated.It appeared that they were understaffed and the few staff members we saw did look somewhat stressed.It was at about this time a group ahead of us had an "unpleasant" exchange with a member of the staff and the group left.We won't go into details, but the exchange was handled so poorly by the staff member that we decided to leave and eat lunch elsewhere.While we obviously can't comment on the quality of the food, we can state that what several other reviews indicated about the "cleanliness" of the restaurant is something we did notice. Several tables did not appear to be properly cleaned and a couple of staff members were "rushing" to get them clean while we were waiting in line.It could be there were staff related issues the day we went there and what we witnessed is not the norm.However, there are other Korean BBQ restaurant options available that we haven't had this kind of experience at and we will be patronizing them in the future instead of taking a chance on this place.
