The quality has been falling consistently for the past few months. I think they are operating under new management or ownership. And please stop blasting loud Tamil music. Keep the volume low. You are the only food truck doing that and it's very disorienting especially for those sitting nearby.

Best Lamb Gyro and saffron rice I've eaten in Texas. The chicken, felafel, and pita/hummus are also great. Portions are big. Owners/workers are very friendly. Highly recommend if you're in the area.
Take 30 + mins to prepare food and they were out of rice way early before closing time

Got this yesterday afternoon. It’s over priced for a small portion plus in a small sized bowl. Usually for a smaller bowl I’ve seen it filled to the brim but this was way beyond that. The chicken was under cooked plus slightly on the spicy spectrum which caused extreme gastric issues many more hours resulting in an uncomfortable day. At this rate I will not return.

The food is top tier. The attendants are well behaved and welcoming. Had Chicken tikka shawarma and falafel vegetarian roll. And they usually have some specials everyday too. Would 100% recommend.
One of the best Chicken Shawarma bowl and wrap we ever had. Food was so tasty and well marinated. Tasted amazing and the oweners are so warm to talk to. Will return again.
