Called over the phone specifically to order 4 tacos 2 on flour Bac, Egg, Cheese, Potato and 2 on corn Sausage, Egg, Cheese Potato and repeated the order, got there to pay and they said they had 6 tacos instead of 4 and then proceeded to STILL get the order wrong after I sat in their faces and repeated the order only to find out they made all the tacos wrong and switched which tortilla they were supposed to be on to which the 2 ladies tried to challenge me saying she had it right, but how could it be right if I’m IN PERSON telling you that you STILL got it WRONG, and instead of trying to make the situation right and make the tacos correctly they REFUSED to serve me for THEIR MISTAKE

Literally the worst food place to come to in the world they don’t answer the phone and they have bad attitudes everyone at the front they barely speak English I call to place a other I wanted 4 tacos I guess the lady didn’t hear me right and thought I wanted 8 tacos then didn’t wanna remake the food literally wanted to argue about how many tacos I wanted

Ordered breakfast tacos today and found a hair in my tacos. Was told to bring back taco with hair, but only to be denied a refund for the hairy food. Crazy part about it was no one had hairnets until we called to come return the food. Get there and everyone stared at us and the lady that prepared our food was mysteriously out the kitchen. Needless to say we didn't get return for our hairy food....🤦🏾🤢

I use to come to this place often when I lived in Austin. Came to eat here because I’m back in Austin and the service was horrible especially if your black/African American. I even recommend this place to the 1.7 MILLION PEOPLE THAT FOLLOW ME. I will NEVER BE BACK AND I WILL URGING MY FOLLOWERS TO NEVER GO AS WELL. Just shut your doors if you no longer want to provide good food and service.
