Food was delicious. Staff is friendly. Great for kids as well. Has closed playground .. ideal for toddlers while parents eat near by.

I like going here off hours. Food is terrific and service has always been friendly. I think value, quantity, and quality are all in alignment.

Food was outstanding, service was too!! Our server, Tiffany C from Nashville, was super great, and when we got to-go food, helped us get a lot of jam packets.

I am a long time Kerbey Lane fan, and I’ve had good experiences at this location. However, something has happened with the quality of the food in the past year or so.

I have ordered the Paris Texas platter many times, and it looks similar to how it always has, but it is just not good at all anymore. The French toast tasted like a soggy sponge. As if the inside of the bread was soggy and had just sat in the eggs for too long. The queso on the migas was cold and watery tasting. There used to be rich flavors in this meal. The wait staff was okay and accommodating although getting someone to come to the table was a bit slow for reasons that weren’t obvious to me. The meals that the rest of my family ordered were also extremely disappointing. I should have gotten pancakes which are generally a safe choice at this restaurant, but I’m not sure if things changed for that as well.

Overall, the food was bad, and the atmosphere was just okay which is a disappointing change.

I hate Ethan. My friend has bad social anxiety and he was trying to be nice to some girls who were into him. So my friend requested that Ethan brought them a chocolate milk on him. Ethan then refuses to complete the task we paid him to do. Ethan needs some retraining immediately or to be removed for this staff. Not to mention that he promised that he put in the order but simply never did. I will never get over the actions that took place on what was supposed to be a great night.

A great place to eat however for some reason the menu is changing and not in a good way. My favorite thing to order is the bacon wrapped meatloaf but it has changed. Very unhappy with what I got it was definitely not worth the 15$ I paid for it. I like the place but if this is their new direction I will have to take my business elsewhere.

I've been here a few times, and the food is okay, not as good as the original location on Kerbey Lane. The eggs are pretty average and I haven't gotten them again.

The one item at this location that surpassed my expectations was the Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes! They tasted just like cinnamon rolls in pancake form, and the glaze was absolutely delicious. I never would have expected something that good to come out of KLC Westlake!

I also ordered the gingerbread and buttermilk pancakes, which were average.

Overall, this location reminds me of average diner food.

Avoid. They are lost. Half of the tables were occupied for lunch. A bad sign. 52 minutes from order to food and a second round of drinks. They got two of three orders wrong, and the third was congealed. Manager wouldn't even come out.
Six months from now they'll be boarded up. Wonder what's next?

Food and service is great, but they make you wait 20 mins even though over half the tables are available. It’s very annoying.

Kerbey Lane Cafe got lots of breakfast choices, but weekends are packed, and honestly, the food's just okay left me a little disappointed.
