Interesting concept, got brisket and cheddar. The dough was sweet which was interesting but was not cooked all the way through. On the inside of the bun, some of the dough was still raw.

Every time we enter this little food park, my toddler runs straight to Kerlaches, even if they're full. LOL.
The brisket that they use is absolutely top tier. It's rich, and the flavorful beef fat provides a really nice contrast to the dough. Se Va that left 3 stars has absolutely no idea what they're talking about.
BUT. I think the dough is criminally underrated here. It's nuts. Yeasty, perfectly sweet. It caramelizes on the bottom with the cheese and fat.
So good.
Worth every penny, especially considering our kid devours it

The filling ratio is a delight compared to the typically bread-heavy kolaches around town. The actual quality of the BBQ’ed meats nestled inside are worthy of acclaim, coming from a renowned and beloved former BBQ truck owner.
The dough is outstanding.
I’m yet to find a more satisfying kolache. Anywhere.

Boom! The proverbial kolache mike drop. Tried the jalapeño cheese sausage and the brisket cheese kolache. Both are amazing, serious meat content with the sausage easily weighing in at more than 1/4 pound and the brisket the same size as a burger….wow! So tasty!

The action is at Kerlaches where you will find real sustenance and good flavor. One is enough, but buy two and enjoy the other late. ????

Got a brisket cheese and a sausage. Must be a trendy spot for the reviews are good but the food not so much. Brisket had a somewhat sour smell and didn't taste good. The sausage was good but it was kinda cold.
