Very solid kolaches - if a bit expensive. $7 each seems pretty steep to me, but they were quite good.
I would say the biggest plus of this truck is that it is probably the fastest service in the whole food truck park. Considering Desnudo's long lines and Veracruz's long waits getting the kolache in 30 seconds was impressive.
The second biggest plus is the portion size. If you get two and split with a friend you can try two different kinds and still feel pretty satisfied

Lovely
This is my favorite food truck in Austin if I wanna have a quick delicious protein loaded bite! I love it!
blah. I have had 3 different kolaches from this place. Of them the only one worth much was the sage sausage and egg.
The sausage jalepeno was a sausage link that was tough and their brisket was bland and dry.
definitely not worth $7 per kolache
Sausage kolache is FIRE. Brisket kolache not quite as good but still good.
If I remember correctly, my kerlache was $7. I got the brisket and cheddar one and it was tasty, definitely get the bbq sauce to go along with it.

Disappointed I cannot try the kolaches because you literally cannot get one without cheese

Kerlaches here were top notch! Ordered brisket and cheese and the pork and cheese. Accidentally received spinach and feta, surprisingly (to meat eater brain) it was really flavorful and seasoned well!

Solidly mid. A pit pricy for just normal kolaches. Very crowded space from all the people lining up for coffee.

Picked one up from Dame Cafe and it was delicious. Savory and sweet at the same time, even my girlfriend who doesn’t like cheese loved it.

Brisket has lost quality we used to get a much fuller portion & the cheese is different now..

This place suddenly disappointed me. It used to be five stars however the last 2 times the brisket kolache has undergone changes. It went from stuffed brisket kolache full of flavor and richness in a brown paper bag to a less than half full brisket kolache that is over powered by the bread flavor since the brisket is lacking in a white paper bag for $7. I got to enjoy a great kolache two/three times before it switched and the last two times was the less flavorful kolache. Hoping it changes back to the original.

Absolutely delicious, but man, those prices. Nearly $8 just for one little kolache. I know neither food trucks nor good pastries have a reputation for being all that cheap, but I don't know that I could come back often to get more at these rates. A good special occasion treat, for sure - I just don't know that a few bites are worth the price.
