Kerlaches here were top notch! Ordered brisket and cheese and the pork and cheese. Accidentally received spinach and feta, surprisingly (to meat eater brain) it was really flavorful and seasoned well!
This place suddenly disappointed me. It used to be five stars however the last 2 times the brisket kolache has undergone changes. It went from stuffed brisket kolache full of flavor and richness in a brown paper bag to a less than half full brisket kolache that is over powered by the bread flavor since the brisket is lacking in a white paper bag for $7. I got to enjoy a great kolache two/three times before it switched and the last two times was the less flavorful kolache. Hoping...

I would say the biggest plus of this truck is that it is probably the fastest service in the whole food truck park. Considering Desnudo's long lines and Veracruz's long waits getting the kolache in 30 seconds was impressive.
