It took them like 10 minutes just to take my order they only had 2 or 3 workers at the time and they were doing all the drive thru orders first before they got to me

I went to this branch on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 in the afternoon I had a very bad experience, I entered the store and Ashley the manager was scolding an app delivery person. (maybe doordach) What if next time I didn't ask for my order in English I was NOT going to attend to it, I placed my order in English, while I was waiting for my order I tried to enter the bathroom and it was closed I asked Ashley for the key and she told me at one point, there were 3 customers in the place, 1 already eating Another one, like me, was waiting for his food and I, immediately a girl from the kitchen came up to deliver his order to the customer and he left, I took advantage and asked her for the key and she responded in a moment, they gave it to him, I asked Ashley for the key 2 more times and she told me at one point, (there were 4 in the kitchen and Ashley) they only attended the drive thru, I was in the store for 20 minutes waiting for the bathroom key and I was totally ignored, (it was raining outside and it was very cold 5 c. /42 f) terrible customer service!! I'll never go back there, I had to go to Taco Bell in Alado.

Horrible customer service. Horrible attitude. Horrible food . Can't get order right at all. Worst KFC I ever been to. The workers like to give attitude and respond with I don't know. Chicken takes like it's not finished. I feel like I wasted my time and money.

I placed an online order with KFC on Riverside Drive, but the experience was an absolute mess. When we arrived at the window to pick up our order, we were told that DoorDash had picked it up instead. The staff admitted they had given DoorDash the wrong order but still refused to give us our food, even after we showed them the receipt confirming it was a pick-up order. I don't understand how or why they would not fix the error.

Don't count on the 800-CALL-KFC customer service number. We were essentially told, "Too bad, so sad." They promised "great customer service" and a refund someday, but we left hungry, $14 out of pocket, and with no food.

I also feel terrible for the people who received our order—it wasn't enough food, and it was completely wrong. I hope their children didn't go hungry because KFC didn't seem willing to fix anything.

To clarify, this was not a DoorDash error; it was a KFC mistake, and their handling of the situation was unacceptable.

I placed an online order for pick up. In error, they gave the order to Door Dash. They refused to replace or refund the order and the drive through lady at the window started to videotape and take photos of us. Won’t be back.

This kid, Angel Hernandez is really rude and he should not be working at a fast food industry if he’s going to be having attitude. KFC closes at 11 PM and I was at the drive-thru before that time and he started arguing with me saying that or close we close at 11 and I was trying to speak to somebody through Voicebox but no one was responding. Then I drove up to the window and he gave me a whole lot of attitude I love KFC I just hate their service I would give no stars due to this experience good luck too you Angel Hernandez.

Don’t go through the drive-through I think the person at the windows headset is turned on the lowest volume because you have to yell at the top of your longs for him to get your order and also the chicken is not up to par compared to other KFC is that I’ve been to honestly went there for the chicken but I should’ve just went to churches. I think there’s something in the air that is giving Austin minimal wage employees the worst attitude and service.

If I could give this location a negative star rating I would. Their drive-thru opens at 10:30 in the morning which is a lie if they didn't open till 11:00 a.m. and the employees were ignoring the customers in the Drive-Thru for over 30 minutes. I finally get my food ordered and when I get home and open the boxes the chicken smelled rancid and looked like it was cooked last night and left out overnight. So I took it back and had the worst experience with the employees and the manager just trying to get my money back took me an extra 45 minutes. They have the nerve to serve day old chicken and act like it was just cooked. Do not eat here. This location needs to be shut down. I will be reporting this to the health department and the FDA and the black male manager that was working this morning needs to be fired as well. They are incompetent lazy and have no customer service skills whatsoever

Absolutely disgusting. Got the food home, the drumstick looked like it had been chewed on, and the thighs were soggy and dripping with grease. I brought my food back and asked for a refund, was told no refunds only exchanges. Got the food back home, it's not gross looking, only gross tasting. Like old fryer oil. The mash potatoes and gravy have ZERO flavor.

Horrid, awful, and disgusting. Especially for almost $15.
