This is the second time iv ordered at this specific location and they got my order wrong. First it was a sandwich and this time I ordered the 3 piece wing combo and instead of the bone in wings that are supposed to come with it they instead put in three small nuggets of chicken. I had to drive all the way back to the store to get it fixed where I had to wait another 20 minuets because they were backed up. So if you don’t want your order made incorrectly and wait another 20 minuets on top of the 20 you had to wait to get your food go order someplace else cuz this location is not reliable.

Ordered a chicken pot pie and there was absolutely zero chicken inside it . I took the top off and went through the entire chicken pot pie . Not one piece of chicken . I would think a place with chicken in the name could at least give me some chicken in my pot pie . Its more of an issue with whatever company is producing them for kfc !
Shoulda called it carrot pot pie cause thats all i saw in it .

The guy literally closed the store before the hours were closed. I couldn’t get the order I placed online because of this. I’m pissed. He seems in his late teens/twenties with glasses and should honestly get reprimanded, losing the company business.

Drive thru girl with the ugly cowboy nails tells me to wait for 5 minutes for tenders. Parked…. 15 minutes go by I walk inside and she looks lost! Asked what i had and knew she forgot about my food.
