I don’t know what I was thinking eating this trash last night. Maybe it was to have a little nostalgia because the honey barbecue was rereleased, but I sat up this morning sick as a dog from it. The reason I know is because it was the only thing I was throwing up. Had to miss a day of work for this, do not eat here

Unfortunately I received an order that was not mine as I paid for a 7 piece chicken. I got maybe 3. The bag had a name on it but the bag was folded over so the driver never checked it. I got max order and he probably got mine. It's unfortunate because I paid a bit for my order. I dont always have this problem but the store should havr had a reciept on the bag with name on it so it also shows the price. Also what's the point in folding the bag over the name?? I am very disappointed in didnt get my order which i really wanted.

Everything was horrible at this location, tables, floors were filthy! Had 3 groups of middle schoolers skipping school and using up 3 tables clowning around and then 2 assailants walked in and threw firecrackers at 1 of the parties at one of the tables and yelling which ran out of the establishment, no manager or employee came out to run them off 😳 The restrooms had codes that did not work so me and my family left because we felt in danger of the ruthless situation 👀

It was the dirtiest location ever and worst customer service and cold and old chicken and biscuit and mashed potato I got my order and I trashed it and I got video of the drinks machine you will see the mold. I don’t know where’s the health department on this store.

Had to repeat my order because the first time was some pre-recorded AI bot that they're clearly not listening to.
The food is good if you like fried chicken. The pot pies are not bad. They sometimes explain their pricing since you can either get a combo or buy a drink separately.

The food was horrible.. the people just think they can dump it in the old grease or something we were the only people there and got rushed off with lunches leftovers... However, got one of the employees to get the manager on the phone, and explain that we wanted our money back. My advice, get that crew out of there..

The customer service sucks. We couldn’t get any service because the night manager sitting outside in the car sitting on the passenger side smoking weed. Nothing against weed smokers but at least handle business first. Then she not even good weed, smell like regular weed to me. Day shift doesn’t act like this.

I’m normally a Popeyes girl, but they had an $8 piece for $10.
This chicken was dripping in grease. I forgot how unseasoned KFC is too, but that would have been fine if the chicken wasn’t so greasy.
When I tried to pick it up, the skin fell off because it was so greasy. Probably going to have to throw out.
I couldn’t even finish a single thigh because I started feeling nauseous from all the grease.
Staff was nice though

Ordered 8pc Family Meal. Cost $36. Biscuits great, other sides good BUT, and it's a big one, all of the chicken was BURNED to a crisp. And, not like their regular crispy chicken either. This was hands down the ABSOLUTE WORST CHICKEN I have EVER had. I was unable to physically go back and complain and demand an exchange.
I have been a customer for years...ever since they opened that location. Never had any complaints. But I won't be back.
They should have been ashamed to put out such garbage. And, call it edible. Disgustingly unbelievable.
