Ordered 4 piece tenders with mashed potatoes & Mac/cheese. Got 3 tenders with fries. Charged me extra for gravy which has never happened before. Food isn’t even hot… do yourselves a favor and eat somewhere else.

Customer service was excellent the lady working the front was supper patient and friendly. Unfortunately, the food did match this customer service. The food was old, like it’s been sitting there longer than it should have been. Mash potatoes, Mac and cheese, biscuits all old (past sitting times).The lobby was pretty dirty, but was quiet and peaceful, so that was nice.I paid $41 dollars that is a lot of money for food so the expectation should be high and the quality of the food should meet this.I work in the fast food industry and understand the stress, pressure, and being short staffed. All these things are understandable, but despite these struggles we still have a job to do and food quality should be top priority in the fast food industry.

DO NOT GO! Plan to be disappointed and your order being wrong, every time. Once you lower your expectations to this level, it’s still a one star.You’d think customer service would be better to compensate, but no.
Ordered the 4 piece chicken meal with mashed potatoes and gravy. The thigh was not cooked through. Everything else was good. The meal would have been better with a Coke.

The customer service at this location is a 0 star if it had one! I went through the drive through and place my order, drove up to pay I had 3 meals place and a sweet tea with 1 of my orders. I didn't get the tea and no receipt and was told to drive around to wait for my order. I did so and then it seemed like a pot pie and 2 chicken combos were taking longer than it should. I walked in and asked if I could have my tea and thought I would wait inside for my order. The order when received was partial wrong but the person in charge told me that is what you ordered and wall heard it. I ordered chicken pot pie and got chicken tenders?? The employee wanted to argue with me that I ordered the wrong thing. In the 5 to 7 minutes I was trying to explain my order she tells me I need to order by number and that she was refunding my money and I need to take my business someplace else. Never once did she offer to correct it or make it right she pretty me much told me to shut up and get out!! Do Not take you business to the KFC on Palmer and Metric :(! Very poor, poor customer services.

Cold soggy chicken. Grease needs to be changed out. Cold fries. 11/9 around 7 p.m and the old lady with the glasses at drive thru is very rude and needs to wake up.
