Horrible, horrible service, the workers are constantly walking around talking to friends with orders in their hands, the workers had me pull to the front of the restaurant because he said they were “full” mind you there was no one in the drive through line when I drove in through the drive through , no one inside the restaurant besides the workers and no one in the drive through line when I pulled in the front in which you can see the drive through line. Then to come out and hand me my order 20 minutes later with only a half the order in which we only ordered a 3 pc combo and a 4 ct of strawberry and crème sweet treat , then say oh yeah it’s gonna take 20 minutes for the strawberry and crème poppers. This is like the 3rd time this has happened and I’m over them. KFC really needs to get a handle on their business in this area because I know they’ve lost us as a customer

If you order drive thru, always check your order. While the food you get is generally good, it is rarely the food you actually ordered, of, if it is, its not the complete order, which is a shame. I have worked for KFC. I know how the line works. It was not that busy when we went, we did not order a large amount, or a complicated order, and they still were not able to get two meals, a three piece all leg with mash and coleslaw slaw and a dr pepper, and a 5 piece tender with fries and coleslaw no drink right. The side were there, if mixed up, but the chicken was completely wrong and the drink was just missing. :(

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this KFC location (William Cannon and I-35). The employee at the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful from the start. He initially told me to go to the window to place my order, but once I got there, he said he had made a mistake and insisted I get back in line. When I asked why I had to go back if the mistake was his, he reluctantly took my order but then told me I had to park and wait because there were other cars ahead of me.

At that point, I asked for a refund since the service was unacceptable, and he told me he couldn’t process a refund. No apology, no accountability—just complete disregard for the customer. I had to leave without my food and without my refund. This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I won’t be returning to this location and I hope management addresses this kind of treatment immediately.

Absolutely pathetic. The meal we ordered was supposed to come with 4 choices of sauce and not a single one we ordered was in the bag. I ordered and paid for a sweet tea that was basically water. Colonel Sanders is rolling in his grave.

After waiting in the drive-through lane to place an order, an employee shouted that I should come back in about 45 minutes or an hour cuz they have to cook the chicken. Is this not a chicken restaurant? Why wouldn't they already have chicken ready? It was 8:10 p.m., not an unreasonable hour. I gave this review one star because there was no spot for zero stars. I definitely wouldn't waste my time going back.
