This KFC has great quality food and from my experience (can't speak for others) it has not gone down. The only down fall is the atmosphere. It definitely needs a face lift and a bit more care in cleaning from the employees. In addition, they had music louder than it should be. I like music but not to where I have to almost shout to my guest that is in front of me. If anything I would suggest drive thru until maybe the inside and outside get remodeled.

Ordered takeout in the app, arrived 20 minutes later to pick up. Had to wait an additional 40 minutes for my order because there wasn't enough chicken ready. I watched one person order the same thing I had while I was waiting inside and get theirs before me. After getting my order and getting home, all of the fresh chicken was not crispy at all, all the skin was soggy. Terrible.

My only complaint was the wing. They could have added another wing. It’s always good to check drive thru orders before you leave.

Just went through the drive-thur and ordered 30$ worth of food and when I got my order, there were no forks, no napkins, no receipt, and no ranch which I paid 25 cents a piece for and got 4 of them. There was no line or anything. Won't be returning.
