This KFC has great quality food and from my experience (can't speak for others) it has not gone down. The only down fall is the atmosphere. It definitely needs a face lift and a bit more care in cleaning from the employees. In addition, they had music louder than it should be. I like music but not to where I have to almost shout to my guest that is in front of me. If anything I would suggest drive thru until maybe the inside and outside get remodeled.

I looked at the ratings. Apparently, KFC is Austin has an overall average of 2. I took a chance anyway. I’m glad I did. Potatoes and gravy were fresh and hot! Hot and spicy wings were just that and very fresh! My Mountain Dew’s syrup to all the rest ratio was on point. Also, I was there after lunch around 1:30 when some stores fare would not be so fresh. Great experience today!

This KFC really needs to be revamped in every which way imaginable. The staff are so rude and impatient. They never have enough chicken for bucket dinners. The chicken is over cooked, the potato bowls just don't taste good and the food just doesn't seem like it's fresh. I actually was giving this location another try but I am sadly disappointed yet again. The lobby is always messy hence why I do the drive through. And the parking lot looks just as bad. I will...
