I was just in there I had to repeat my order multiple times and somehow I think he got it wrong. I have no biscuit was charged 13 something the receipts not in the bag. They’re not answering the phone. I’m running late to work. I will be heading in there tomorrow to speak to a manager because I would like to know how $13 was this And a small fry and yet still no biscuit And I didn’t get a drink so I did this amount to $13 and do things just not come with biscuits even when you’re asking for it?!? And I’m only writing a review because I literally had to repeat the text that I got from my other boss over and over and he still did not understand me

Went through the drive through at 10:50PM tonight (Saturday) and was told they were not taking orders, only pick ups for deliveries. The sign at the drive through literally said that the drive through was available until 11:30 PM. You've disappointed me. I'd understand if I was coming at like.... 11:15 or if I was trying to dine in, but 40 minutes before close? One order? Im fat, but not that fat, I wasn't gonna order the entire menu, literally just wanted a 2 piece combo meal. Come on man, do better, either honor your hours or change em. Now I gotta go home and eat sad ramen. Diabolical.

This location closes at 11p. I went through the drive-thru. As I was placing my order, the employee informed me that he didn't have enough chicken for my order and was unable to cook any because he wasn't allowed to at that time of night. I asked him if his manager instructed him and he knodded. So I decided to order pot pies for a family of 4 and he stated he only had 1. So I ended up just asking him what he did have.

The place have the worst customer service I ever see on my life, the operations hours must be until 11.30pm and a 9.45pm they ready close the lobby and drive-thru and just take some orders without the whole menu available and treating the people disrespectfuly

Drive thru worker took my order then told me to pull around after I paid, someone brought my food out and when I checked the bag items were missing. Got that corrected only to get home and find out that they gave me the wrong wings for my daughter and no silverware for her macaroni. This after driving 30 minutes in heat and traffic.

Very poor customer service. I ordered kfc through mobile app for quick pickup, and they said it will take only 5-15 minutes. I had to wait literally 45minutes in the store for my pickup even after the app said my pick up is ready. No one cared about me as a customer waiting there for almost an hour. Really disappointed.

They totally screwed up my order. The cashier asked me twice what side I wanted and I replied mashed potatoes. Went thru the drive thru and ordered my 4 piece combo meal and when I got it home, 3 pieces of chicken and coleslaw. Not a happy camper.

My food taste like cleaning products so does my drink. This location just needs to be shut down. It’s not the first time I have an issue there. Just don’t go there anymore you’re better off going to the location on wellsbranch and 35

You never know how the food will turn out. It isn't consistent. Two or three times its prepared correctly, next time it's totally hosed. Not properly cooked. Last nights 8 pieces bucket with two sides. Mashed potatoes were close to soupy. Original recipty breading had slipped off most of the chicken. Was ordered as dark meat. Still came with two chicken breasts.

They always forget something. Terrible service.
In addition to making us pull over and order using website rather than drive through (employees don't have access to the full menu online) employees are marking mobile orders done up 24-minutes before they're actually done so whatever metrics/numbers they're providing corporate and the franchise owner are totally unreliable.
That tells me they know these wait times are unacceptable. This is not a dig at the employees, they seem to work reasonably hard and the actual chicken and fries (which make or break the restaurant) we really, REALLY good, they just need to hire more staff.

Went to kfc their “famous bowl” comes w 5 peices of chicken so I ask for extra chicken you would think it would be double the amount ? So I told them I got charged for extra but I don’t see if so I ask them they said yes we added 3 more nuggets IKYFL 3 nuggets…. if you’re gonna charge people for extra add the additional 5.
