Asked for gravy instead of fries and last said ok got my food and no gravys but left the fries this place has become so unprofessional I was the only one that was there ordering so idk how you can miss something like this up then tried calling to correct the issue but no one answer poor customer service

Where do I begin….
Me and my fiance placed an order online at about 9:30 pm and were given an estimated pick up time of 9:40, arriving at about 9:35. Sparing details I did not receive my order until 10:20. Upon receiving my order, items and straws were missing. When we finally got to sit down and eat our sandwiches had virtually no condiments, the food was cold and our coleslaw tasted as if though it was prepared that morning.
My night is ruined and my disappointment is immeasurable. If I could relive this day and change something about it, it’d be my naive decision to trust Colonel Sanders’ 1700 Parmer location. This has seeded doubt into my mind on how much I can trust myself and my mental health since consuming this food has reduced to ash. I will be seeing a therapist about this.
I would rather consume water from Fort Lejunes oldest pipes than do business this location.

Long wait to get to the cashier and 20 mins to get the order. The order was missing all of the sides and when I returned to ask for them they took the entire order and then I had to wait again for another 15 mins. They forgot what was the issue and asked me. I told her the order is missing the side another 5 mins then she handed me the side only I asked for the rest of the order which she couldn't find and had to wait another 20 mins for a fresh order.

Nothing but kids working there, they have NO MANNERS, NO RESPECT, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, they didn't give me silverware when I asked, or napkins! Had to repeat my order to them multiple times because they were laughing and talking on the headset 🤦🏻♀️ They gave me NASTY BURNT REHEATED chicken, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! And there's never ANY GRAVY!!!
Terrible service, the workers serve horrible service, it took 40 minutes for my order and they gave it to me incomplete, stale potatoes and almost raw chicken, leaving me with no desire to try this food chain again
