They totally screwed up my order. The cashier asked me twice what side I wanted and I replied mashed potatoes. Went thru the drive thru and ordered my 4 piece combo meal and when I got it home, 3 pieces of chicken and coleslaw. Not a happy camper.

You never know how the food will turn out. It isn't consistent. Two or three times its prepared correctly, next time it's totally hosed. Not properly cooked. Last nights 8 pieces bucket with two sides. Mashed potatoes were close to soupy. Original recipty breading had slipped off most of the chicken. Was ordered as dark meat. Still came with two chicken breasts.

The food I had here last week was good but today they had no thighs and said that I would need to pay an uncharge to substitute.Not just that, but they were rude and argumentative. Poor customer service. It's poor judgment to snap at the customer.
