The food I had here last week was good but today they had no thighs and said that I would need to pay an uncharge to substitute.Not just that, but they were rude and argumentative. Poor customer service. It's poor judgment to snap at the customer.

I think the food is okay because my son and husband eat it. Drive thru service was pretty awful. The woman came out to scold me for not parking in the right place. She told me that I was blocking the drive thru. I was not happy so I drove away from her to go park. Still unclear of where she wanted me I decided to go through the drive thru to pick up my food. She scolded me again by informing me that I almost ran over her. She said that even the customer behind me had said...

This is based on my experience and this place to me is great.Many others have told me this is the worst KFC because of service, speed, and management.When I went, they were fast, fresh, and friendly. I ALWAYS order the something, so maybe that is why it isn't complicated to process. NONE the less they are great for me.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps, but no door to automatically open, if there was I couldn't find it.
