Ordered 2 piece all-white original meal for myself and 3 piece all wings extra crispy for my wife. Made the mistake of not checking my order until I got back to our room at the La Quinta Inn. I ended up with a drumstick and thigh, both extra crispy vice original recipe. Wife’s wings were a mix of original and extra crispy. Disappointed in both the quality of our meal and the correctness of our order. Definitely won’t be back to this particular store, even if it was the only choice around.

I would only give this place a zero if they had it. I asked for a breast and two legs crispy they told me it's going to be 20 minutes before they can get the breast out here. There was 10 minutes there's only been one vehicle in the drive-through. I'm the only one inside the restaurant KFC. They have four employees. Actually they just had a van pulled up so they actually have one person in the drive-through and that's it. On Friday night Friday night at 6:45 in the afternoon and no crispy chicken. They going to KFC my whole life I'm here in Austin Texas the one off of the Parmer Lane and Metric I have not got my order right and probably 10 years and I'll try another one off of Wells Branch and 35 and they tell me this.

went to this location tonight, ordered large mashed potatoes and 2 gravies i get home, to have a large mac and cheese and 2 gravy. this is so frustrating. the staff obviously doesn't give any care and i will never be returning to KFC because the quality of food is already bad but to be messing up the limit customers orders that you have is inexcusable.

The service was dry. When i asked for the $20 6pc deal, the attendent act as though she couldn't hear me. I literally had to yell. I asked for crispy but was turned down stating they didn't have anymore crispy. She came off a bit rude. The food seemed like it had been sitting there for a while under a heat lamp. Not fresh at all. The biscuits were over cooked and hard. Definitely will be my last time here. I can make better chicken with my deep fryer.

Half cooked bites.Pull you up for no reason just to meet you at the door with your food but the dash order would take 8 min.Water puddle on the floor by the drink dispenser.It’s sad to spend money at this place to just be completely disappointed and dissatisfied totally.Sad case. This KFC has the ABSOLUTE worst chicken, mash potatoes, Mac & cheese, and biscuits I have ever tasted. If you're looking for good fried chicken don't bother stopping at this location unless you want some cold disgusting food.
This place was previously a dump with bad service, I am very happy with the change, the delicious original chicken and the top-notch service, thank you KFC for giving life to this restaurant again.
