Potato wedges potato wedges potato wedges, I missed you so much. I took you for granted, but never again. Munched down on the 6 piece wings(no sauce) and a side of potato wedges after my Costco haul. They were slammin. Service was a little slow. Once I bit into those wings though, I was transported back to the 90s.

If I could this KFC zero stars I would. For starters, after we ordered we were told to pull forward and wait for our food. After waiting we received the wrong food and were asked by the employe is ā€˜this is your food?’. Isn’t that your job to know…? We went back to exchange our food and an employee came outside with the correct order and proceeded to hand over our order out in front of the establishment. The order we received did not include everything we ordered at the drive-thru. Going in was even worse… The manager had a terrible attitude towards me after messing up the order when I went inside. I will NEVER be going back to this KFC or maybe even any KFC if this is the type of ā€œcustomer serviceā€ I will receive.

Stale chicken like it was cook 2 days ago and kept under the heat lamp, service was like annoyed it had to take our order, bunch of fruit fly’s in the dinning room, overall a bad experience at this location, Might no even worth a second chance.

I ordered and was told ā€œwe can do half and half onlyā€

So I said in that case give me half tenders have original dark.
ā€œWe can’t do thatā€

It’s the same meal, same price and I’m helping you out.

Then I said I’ll just wait til you can give me the whole meal original.

ā€œThat’ll be 16 minsā€

That’s fine, I’ll wait.

ā€œIt’s actually going to be 30 minutes ā€œ

They obviously weren’t trying to serve me so I walked out.

I just came home with the wrong food. I asked for a chicken pot. Pie and I ended up getting something else. I'm not satisfied. And I presented a coupon for chicken Pot. Pie ended up getting chicken mashed potatoes and corn.

I love KFC but quality has gone downhill both food and then store maintenance. It's a shame because they really do have incredible fried Chicken.

Went today with my C-Worker after work ordered 2 meals, the smell of dead rats or rotten meat was so strong, this was so disgusting and the fountain drinks stand smells worse, how are they open and they didn't even speak English and I speak Spanish but couldn't understand them..they need the health department in there..DO NOT GO THERE, The Food was old dry and not worth the time..

Went to pick up an Uber eats order and skipped went to the windows due to the lobby being locked. A lady woth glasses got upset amd told me I had to drive back around to the front because she had other customers. There was no other orders on the order screen and I was the only car at the time. My order was only mash potatoes amd a biscuit but I had to wait over ten minutes for somebody to bring it out to me. This lady must have been having a bad day amd decoded to take it out on the Uber eats driver
