I ordered and was told “we can do half and half only”

So I said in that case give me half tenders have original dark.
“We can’t do that”

It’s the same meal, same price and I’m helping you out.

Then I said I’ll just wait til you can give me the whole meal original.

“That’ll be 16 mins”

That’s fine, I’ll wait.

“It’s actually going to be 30 minutes “

They obviously weren’t trying to serve me so I walked out.

I just came home with the wrong food. I asked for a chicken pot. Pie and I ended up getting something else. I'm not satisfied. And I presented a coupon for chicken Pot. Pie ended up getting chicken mashed potatoes and corn.

Went today with my C-Worker after work ordered 2 meals, the smell of dead rats or rotten meat was so strong, this was so disgusting and the fountain drinks stand smells worse, how are they open and they didn't even speak English and I speak Spanish but couldn't understand them..they need the health department in there..DO NOT GO THERE, The Food was old dry and not worth the time..

Went to pick up an Uber eats order and skipped went to the windows due to the lobby being locked. A lady woth glasses got upset amd told me I had to drive back around to the front because she had other customers. There was no other orders on the order screen and I was the only car at the time. My order was only mash potatoes amd a biscuit but I had to wait over ten minutes for somebody to bring it out to me. This lady must have been having a bad day amd decoded to take it out on the Uber eats driver

Went to KFC in Pflugerville Texas today. Ordered a four piece meal with crispy breasts And a tender meal. when I got to the window they said they only had two breasts, one crispy one original, and the crispy one was “a little overdone”. I went ahead and said okay and so also ordered a two piece crispy chicken dark meal ( because they only had dark meat) when I got home. I realized they gave us the wrong sides, only one breast. The other was a crispy thigh. Forgot to give us the sauces for the tenders And gave me original dark meat chicken instead of crispy for the dark meat I didn’t even want. and now they won’t answer the phone. Oh yeah, and they were out of ice and soda so we got warm tea instead of an ice cold Dr Pepper.  they also told us it would’ve been 17 minutes before we could have gotten breasts. Lastly, we ordered cherry poppers as a dessert and just as she was handing me my bag she said they were short one popper so she threw in a coleslaw. My son told me I should’ve gone to Parmer and Metric and next time and every other time after that I surely will.

Ordered 2 piece all-white original meal for myself and 3 piece all wings extra crispy for my wife. Made the mistake of not checking my order until I got back to our room at the La Quinta Inn. I ended up with a drumstick and thigh, both extra crispy vice original recipe. Wife’s wings were a mix of original and extra crispy. Disappointed in both the quality of our meal and the correctness of our order. Definitely won’t be back to this particular store, even if it was the only choice around.

I would only give this place a zero if they had it. I asked for a breast and two legs crispy they told me it's going to be 20 minutes before they can get the breast out here. There was 10 minutes there's only been one vehicle in the drive-through. I'm the only one inside the restaurant KFC. They have four employees. Actually they just had a van pulled up so they actually have one person in the drive-through and that's it. On Friday night Friday night at 6:45 in the afternoon and no crispy chicken. They going to KFC my whole life I'm here in Austin Texas the one off of the Parmer Lane and Metric I have not got my order right and probably 10 years and I'll try another one off of Wells Branch and 35 and they tell me this.

This marks my second visit to this particular location, and I must emphasize that the quality of the food was exceptional. I highly commend the establishment for maintaining a consistent level of freshness and serving hot food. It is my sincere hope that they will continue to uphold these high standards in the future.
