Me and my friend had a horrible experience today at this place. With the guy at the register a short and skinny guy that took our order was so rude. My friend was placing an order in the kiosk, telling us rude things. Like we don't know how to use the kiosk that we are dumb and crazy and more to it. I will never return to these places ever again.

I wish I took a photo before devouring it but that just means it was THAT GOOD. Ordered the Brisket Pho to go and was given a very generous amount of the Brisket and broth along with all the other toppings. The broth was full of umami and really soothed my sore throat which prompted me to order in the first place. Don't let the location fool you, its a must to try it out. I also had a great experience with the gentlemen that helped me check out. Definitely will be coming back :)

Please ensure you tell them you want the lunch special which is advertised as $13 on the menu and $10 outside, but apparently you need to specify this when ordering or you will pay for the regular price which is $17.
Food was ok-ish, but there were flies and gnats everywhere.

I always enjoy eating here, I haven’t been in a few years, but it’s nice to sit down and enjoy a meal here. The employees are a little direct, but that’s a given, That’s their culture. very no nonsense and have respect for their cuisine. I definitely recommend

I go here for lunch a few times a year. It’s always good. The Pho broth and bases are good, but I will say that today I had the chicken Pho and the chicken was dry. They would be better off making it with chicken thigh rather than breast, but then I guess it wouldn’t be as healthy?

Terrible customer service.
I asked to cancel part of my order before paying, but the staff refused and got irritated with me.
He kept rushing me and spoke to me with an attitude.
I felt unwelcome and disrespected — definitely not coming back.

Hard to beat this caliber of food for the price and speed. Been going here as long as I can remember fantastic quick food for the price. This is definitely an Austin classic! This is not your latest bougie trendy spot this is a real food without the fluff.

I love going to Kim Phung! It is one of my favorite places. The food is delicious and the staff are friendly and funny, especially Henry. I love the pho, spring rolls, and refreshing coconut smoothie with boba.

This place has been around for 10+ years and it has maintained the delicious quality for every dish! They've made upgrades throughout the years and I am so glad they have stuck around. They take online orders and orders over the phone. Everytime I place a to-go order and arrive to pick up I'm always so pleasantly surprised any how busy and fasty food is ready. Very clean and well taken care of. Super polite staff. Portions are super large and well worth the price.
