One thing that immediately stood out was how exceptionally clean the restaurant was. The dining area, grill station, and even the restrooms were spotless and well maintained.
You could clearly see that hygiene and sanitation are taken seriously here. It made the whole dining experience feel more comfortable and enjoyable.
On top of that, the food was delicious and the chef’s show was entertaining. Great experience overall.

Cleanliness is very important to me, and this restaurant exceeded my expectations. The entire place felt fresh, sanitized, and professionally maintained.
From the tables to the cooking equipment, everything looked spotless. It created a very comfortable and safe dining atmosphere.

We just left and unfortunately saw a roach crawl from under our table. Told the manager and he blamed the termination company they used. This is unacceptable and we won’t be back

Was here this evening for my birthday. Started off pretty good, the manager on floor was incredible and the chef did fantastic. Unfortunately after our chef finished cooking and we were eating a roach came out from under my brother’s plate and was running on our table top.
When the owner found out he came over, claimed it was because pest control was there this morning. Said that always brings the bugs out… to make it up to us he offered us ice cream… we paid full price for our meal, left half our food uneaten , and left feeling gross about what we had before seeing the roach.

It was nice to be able to make reservations online. The food was superb and of course, always too much to eat in one sitting! The cook was good but not as entertaining as we had experienced before. It was my birthday and treated me very good! Complimentary souvenir chop sticks and cheesecake too!

Kobe is delicious but expensive. We've started ordering the fried rice meals to go to supplement our Kobe intake in a cost effective manner.
Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience from start to finish. We went to celebrate a birthday and were very underwhelmed by the chef and his lack of personality. Our table of 9 had 4 kids who were excited for a choo choo train show of which the chef failed and literally couldn’t care less.
For the price, I expected much better quality. I won’t be returning.

Some of the best cuts of meat available. Great show great atmosphere warm and friendly staff. But the food is where they really are at the top of the food chain! Rarely will I give a five star view, but it is absolutely deserved!

I love this place! It's kind of located in a strange area (a shopping center in N. Austin), but as far as getting a good hibachi meal in Austin, this place is the best! It's also very entertaining for kiddos and a great birthday spot for families if you feel like laughing and having a good time!

I have always loved Kobe but the food and service were just okay. Chicken was pretty chewy and our cook was okay. He definitely wasn't entertaining like others we've had. Our server wasn't great either, I think he totally forgot about us and my husband didn't get his white rice until we were almost finished eating. It wasn't bad enough to complain about but also for the price you pay I would expect better.
