First time at Kolache Factory and it was fabulous. The spinach kolache in my opinion was the absolute best.

Delicious selection of Kolaches abound. There are also promotions that run depending on the days of the week. Caveat - how have to indicate the day's promotion when ordering to avail of these, you don't get those offers by default
Warning : deoending on the mood of staff/cashier, they might impose arbitrary restrictions - such as items containing eggs are excluded from the promotions - despite:
1) having availed of these promotions without restrictions before,
2) egg prices has drastically come down. It seems they just use past egg prices as an excuse for exclusions,
3) other patrons, after I ordered, didn't have this restriction impose by a different staff/cashier.
I will be reducing my patronage at this branch until this arbitrary practice is lifted.

If I could give NO stars I would! We just left the drive through and wow, never have we experienced such poor service and at a Kolache Factory of all places. The lady at the drive thru was already in a bad mood we understand life happens but it is important to leave whatever it is that you may going through at home! Mind you all that this was at 7:55AM. The day just started SMILE. The first mess up was not giving us our total nor receipt. Then we realized she didn’t take our order correctly. We ordered what we needed to order and again, but this time no apology. No total and no receipt. At this point we were just confused with the service. Kolache Factory do better on customer service especially if you are using someone for the drive thru position.

People are nice and the storefront is clean. Not quite the vibe that makes you want to sit down and hang out or anything.
Biggest issue with this place is the prices are dumb for what you’re getting. Got the classic sausage Cheese and jalapeño kalache and it was 90% air with the tiniest sausage I’ve seen called the sausage. Tastes fine but definitely nothing above average so the cost is high enough to where you’re questioning if you made a mistake instead of enjoying the meal. Either I’m poor and didn’t know it or something’s off here. Prolly poor 🤷♂️

One of the kolaches had long hair inside of it, when my son took his first bite, disgusting 🤢
You must be more careful and take the necessary measures, this cannot happen!
Kolache Factory on Parmer was fine for breakfast. The egg and ham kolache was lacking flavor but I did like the Polish, you can’t really mess that one up. There are a few kinds I will get if I go back.

This restaurant used to be an excellent choice with a great selection of kolaches, but unfortunately, the quality has declined over time. I've also noticed concerning food safety practices. On more than one occasion, either I or people I know have experienced food poisoning shortly after eating here.
The first time, I assumed it might have been due to something else I ate, but after repeated incidents, this location appears to be the common factor.
I truly hope they can address these issues and improve their food handling and safety standards, as this used to be a wonderful place to eat.

I have only done delivery, but these kolaches are so yum! Best part is they have vegetarian options!! Honestly this is the only kolache place I’ve seen with savory veg options. I had the spinach and cheese and the egg potato and cheese- both were so so good.
Vegetarian options: At least 3 savory options and many sweet options!

Terrible attitude, slamming of tongs and dragging them slamming the microwave after tossing the pastry. I’ll just go to shipleys next time, better attitude.
The food was okay. After receiving rude service I lost my appetite. You might want to consider changing the person that interacts with your customers. Also, maybe choose a Spotify play list to play instead of the random loud radio commercials.

Absolutely NOT! These are the worst Kolaches I have ever tried, the person working inside gave us our order COLD. Who wants to eat COLD kolaches? Definitely do not recommend, you're better off getting a kolache at a gas station.Update: The owner replied to this review and said that they warm them up there, we did in fact get them warmed up there and doing that did nothing!!! They were still ice cold even with getting them warmed up there. Don't be fooled, you're better off leaving your kolaches in the car all day in the sun and they'll be hotter than getting them straight from the Kolache factory.
