We ordered specific donuts in advance and when we got there they said they’d run out. We asked what the point of a preorder was if they’re going to give away our donuts. They told us to come back at 6 am tomorrow.

Disappointed with the Service 12/15/25
I visited around 7:20 PM during a heavy rainstorm. I tried to go inside the lobby, but both doors were locked, so I had no choice but to use the drive-thru. I waited at the speaker for about a minute with my window down, getting soaked, but no one responded. I then drove up to the window and waited again. Eventually, someone appeared — I believe it was a woman — and seemed upset that I had placed my order at the speaker. Instead of helping, she closed the window without saying anything. There were no other cars in front of me or behind me, so I don’t understand the attitude. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience with poor customer service.

Operations hours Is 6 am to 10 pm every day but this guys or team don't respect the leyout and close this store early every single day . Not worth it! This locations donuts have changed. Idk if it’s the inflation, but it lacked the filling, the icing and overall sweetness. For example I got the “chocolate custard filling” and you could see the bread through then chocolate icing. The plain glazed donuts you could tell they had a very thin layer of glaze. Yes I’m a big back, and we still ate them all, but next time I’ll have to look elsewhere to fulfill my donut cravings.

I usually don't give negative reviews but I was just truly offended by the behavior of a worker at this location. I am a driver for Uber and was a picking up an order for an Uber customer who placed an order at KK. I really needed to use the restroom but it was locked. I asked for the code and was told I could not use it because I personally didn't place an order. I mean COME ON!
The lady never smiled either to any customer. All business and all RUDE. Maybe time for this location to give more training in customer service.

Some total loser driving a cyber truck came in and threw an absolute toddler size fit that he needed a code to use the bathroom. The lady behind the counter handled it so gracefully and beautifully and put this dude in his place. This is the only place I will buy donuts now
We've given this place two chances, and both times were told to go through the drive-thru—even though it was well before closing. The lights were off, chairs were on the tables, and it felt like they were closed… at 8:30pm! They’re open until 11pm, but clearly not interested in having dine-in customers. Disappointing experience. We won’t be back.

The black so called manger was so rude over the intercom and she lied at the window by saying she was the only manger . She was trying to stop me from reporting a complaint because she knows she was wrongShe was very rude. She didn’t wanna help with my questions and she yelled at me over. This is not the first time if you just read the reviews, you will see that the same lady guys called me here the donuts are good but the service sucks I always ask for someone else to assist me because of how rude she is

Beware this store is advertised it's open 7 days a week until 10pm. When arriving last night around 6, there's a sign on the door stating they are only open Saturday and Sunday.
