Servers were not attentive. We waited for 40 min for a check and a to go box and they weren't busy. Food was good tho

My family and I have been going to Kublai Khan for years. We enjoy coming back and enjoying our meals here. I personally enjoy the robot delivering our sushi to our table. We also get the bowl to prepare a dish and it's pretty cool that we get to play with different sauces and ingredients.

Be careful with the raw meats !!
I get so sick from eating the chicken, I should not have gotten that chicken at all. It did not look fresh, it was not frozen like most of the other raw meats & it was a bit slimy but I was having a hard day & just was not thinking properly. I would never in my right mind eat slimy chicken. I vomited so much about an hour after we left the restaurant so just be careful with the raw meats especially if it is thawed out.

We've been here multiple times. Great for special occasions. Everyone can pick their own plates. The sushi robot is cool too

This was such an amazing discovery when I was in Austin for work. The food is amazing, customer service is great, the prices are reasonable and the concept of choosing your own stir fry is genius. 100% recommended

I’m sad that I even have 2 leave this review as I love this place BUT this past visit left a bad taste !!! Food was good but when at the register I finished paying and was waiting on my friend to pay their bill and the cashier loudy states “ you did not tip” “ why didn’t you tip?” I was taken back and she proceeded to yell to the male that walked up “shows my receipt and says she did not tip” ..Demanding a tip and attempting to embarrass a customer for not tipping is mind blowing..

I really like the food. But the service here is just terrible. I will never go here again just because of that. I came here Friday with coworkers and the friendliness was garbage. Then today i wanted to come back because i did like the food and thought maybe it’d be different. I did not tip our waitress and then she came back pressuring me to give her money. It was very awkward and unprofessional. No one is entitled to a tip… to hound someone for extra money is crazy. I put the exact total i wanted to spend so don’t come to me and my family asking over and over for a tip. That is ridiculous.

Kublai Khan is an absolute gem!
The customer service is incredibly friendly and welcoming — everyone there makes you feel right at home.
The food tastes amazing with generous portions and great prices. They even have a neat little robot that brings out your food, which adds a fun and unique touch to the experience.
Plus, they play great pop music that sets a lively and upbeat vibe while you eat. Highly recommend checking it out!

Got delivery. Not only was the sushi disgusting, they disregarded my note about a sesame allergy and covered the roll in seeds.
