The drinks are good, the staff is terrible, they take your order with a terrible attitude, the girl in front is very rude, Every time I come she has the same attitude and that makes me not that I don't wanna came back.

The very first time I tried bubble tea was from a Kung Fu Tea shop in Boston years ago. I fell in love with their black milk tea. Now, years later in Austin, I’m happy to report that the black milk tea is just as delicious as I remembered. I might be influenced by nostalgia, but I haven’t found a better black milk tea in Austin.

I don’t just love the taste — I also appreciate how customizable it is. After choosing your drink from a wide selection of options, you choose the size (medium or large), the sugar level (my preference is 50%), the ice level (no ice, less ice, or regular ice), and the toppings (none of their drinks come with boba by default).

The one thing you can’t customize, at least with the milk tea, is the choice of milk. According to the staff, their milk tea is made from a lactose-free powder.

The cashier was really rude.

I’ve been hooked by their taro slush, the one that comes with egg pudding. I’ve craved some sweet icy drink with boba and found this place has good one that tastes how i prefer. I add additional boba as well. Their boba is different than any other store. Not the regular brown sugar boba.
Oh the taro slush, it is sweet, perhaps too sweet for some people, but i just love the way it is. I can handle a bit over sweetness occasionally.

They consistently make good drinks.

I would like the store to have a bit more pizazz on the inside. Perhaps posters, plants, action figures, something to give the store more character.

Today I was in the place at noon, the girl was not very courteous with her attention, everything was somewhat rude in her attention to the public.

This place was one of my favorites, there was a guy who took great care of us, always with a smile. But now there is a girl who seems to always be angry with the clients, the truth is that I no longer want to return to this place just because of the treatment of that girl. My recommendation for the owner or manager is to train their employees well and teach them to be friendly and smiling.
I don't recommend this place because of the bad service.

Why work there if you hate your job? The girl taking orders Tuesday around 4pm had a attitude and acted very racist. She didn't say anything to my daughter and I when we walked in even though they were right in front of us but as soon as another woman walks in they greet her and with a big smile. Rather spend my money at anywhere else but here. Never coming back.

Thai milk tea is not Thai milk tea. It's brown. Looks like coffee milk tea but taste so bad. Very bitter taste and boba tasted old texture was off.

2 star for the service, guy at the register this Saturday was rude and stated they didn’t have brown sugar. Next drink made for another customer had brown sugar! Then, when we ordered a Thai tea, he asked if we’ve ever had it before since apparently Kung Fu Tea’s Thai tea is “not a Thai tea at all, not the same taste nor color or anything”.
Verbatim what he said to me, should probably name the drink something else then at that point!

Only giving it 2 stars cause maybe the other drinks are better but my taro 0% sugar was really bad. The tapioca balls were kind of hard unlike other places and the drink itself was so sweet, I could see the sugar on the bottom. I asked them about it and that’s syrup. I tossed it out. The woman behind the counter taking orders, also looked and acted like she was having a bad day.

Went to another boba place close by and even at 25% sugar, it was 100x less sweet.

Terrible. Confusing menu. It's definitely not someplace to get actual tea. It's more like a place to get a high sugar dosed beverage. I got an unsweetened oolong on ice, it was TERRIBLE.
