I love the bubble tea from this place and always get it here because they have lactose free milk but quality is recently hit and miss, when it’s not prepared by the boss lady, it’s by students I think and it tastes so different, in not a good way. Sad as it’s my favorite place in north Austin.

lowkey not that good. its average. the sugar levels are completely different than the reviews now. now the sugar levels are less sweet. ordered a thai, taro and oolong. the oolong taste was good, but not sweet at all even at 50. the taro was okay, sugar level was good but doesnt taste like actual taro but the coloring at least wasnt a fake purple. the thai was very thick and pasty, very powdery (u can see a ton of powder floating on the top) but i guess thats what most r like....

I just realized this location in particular is surrounded by great amenities and why does this kung fu tea place look dead? Great boba drinks but it’s missing something. I just go in and out, it would be a great hangout spot for socializing if there was some entertainment like bored games and a claw machine.
