We went all in and tried just about everything on the menu — every side and every meat (except ribs) — and it was an absolute feast. The brisket was smoky and melt-in-your-mouth tender, the sausage had that perfect snap and seasoning, the pulled pork was juicy and packed with flavor, and the chicken was moist with just the right amount of smokiness.

And the sides? Total standouts. The mac and cheese was creamy and rich, the beans had that deep, savory kick, and the potato salad was fresh and perfectly balanced. Honestly, not a single weak link on the table.

The wild part? Even four days later, the leftovers still tasted incredible — smoky, flavorful, and just as satisfying as day one. That’s how you know the quality here is on another level.

The staff was friendly and made the whole experience even better. I’ve had BBQ all over, and this place is easily top-tier. If you’re anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and eat here. You won’t regret it.

The food was fantastic. Since they know there will always be a line outside for waiting customers, highly recommend Water misters and fans or some type of covering. Did appreciate the staff passing out water although the free cups of beer should be avoided for legal reasons. Was told a 45 minute wait which turned into 1.5 hour wait. Overall quite the experience!! 😋

Food was great. Complimentary beer is a good touch. The absolute best was the sliced brisket sandwich. Tip: grab one of the umbrellas to protect from the sun. Is it that much better than most bbq places in Austin? Ehhh, maybe? Is it worth the line? Ehhh, not sure.

The best brisket in Austin I've had.

Line is reasonable (sub 30 minutes around weekday lunch time).
Actual parking lot (or at least parking typically within a couple blocks). Outdoor seating that's nice.

Unfortunately their brisket was sold out when we ordered(turkey, sausage, pork ribs, pulled pork, pulled brisket, coleslaw, pickles, mashed potatoes.) Wasn’t really impressed with the quality of the food. Sausage was completely dry inside and out. Turkey was also very dry. You should be aware their style of seasoning is heavy on the salt and pepper. I didn’t really see any element of caramelization on the bbq meat.
Unfortunately can’t share any pictures because the camera wasn’t hungry. Also my star rating is generous. I would say each factor is about one less star. Their water was warm, the bbq sauce was near empty and no one bothered to ask us for anything. Must have been an off day for them since their overall rating is 4.5?

The food is unreal, brisket and pork ribs are right there with Franklin. The presentation was easily the most beautiful BBQ in the city. Garlic pickles and kimchi cucumbers were excellent sides and made the meal stand out even more. The 1 hour wait on a Sunday afternoon was worth it, they could probably make some easy changes outside so you’re not waiting in the sunlight, the free umbrellas are cool though. There is 1 BBQ cutting station and it moves even slower than Franklin, if that is possible lol. Tons of seating once you get your food, they could have sped up service like 50% to keep the seating full. The group in front of us kept having people join and cut in line, started as 2 people and ended up being around 10. A couple Karen’s in line made a fuss but didn’t matter to us since they didn’t run out of anything before us.

Waited over an hour for OK brisket. They only let singular groups go in at a time. For the price point, flavor, and time..go to Bucees. Spent around $60 for 2 people.

Kind of hard to eat here when the place closes at 6pm. The hours are terrible!

Very good brisket. Visited in afternoon, so much of menu was sold out. However, hardly any wait. Tasted delicious.
