Is the only place that I can ask for enchiladas the Mexican way. I have not found any other restaurante that knows what I'm talking about. Next I will like to try their sopes. Delicious food!!
As a transplant (Chicagoan) currently residing in Lubbock I have tried almost every single Mexican restaurant here. An acquaintance suggested we stop by and try for some food. He never hyped up the food but as the dishes were being brought out, those dishes they spoke for themselves. The menudo was full of flavor, clean, just the right amount of spice and full bodied. I feasted and had every single taco available on the menu. They were al delicious, very true to what is expected...
We ordered fish platters, some tapas paella and cod in tomato sauce. The paella was ok, not special. Fish was fresh, but the portions were small. Generally it was ok but not what we expected.
