This place wants to charge $1.01 for a cup of ice, their coffee is not worth the $7+ price, they don't have soy milk, and they don't offer large cups for their LARGE pricing! Stay away from this place! I wish Wholefoods would bring back their own coffee bar!

I was super excited to give this place a try. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
The barista/ cashier was very dismissive of my questions and attention to detail. I felt like I was almost bothering them.
Order a “Matcha Latte” which I wouldn’t even call it that. The drink was literally 90% milk and ice with a splash of Matcha. For $6??? Not good.
Honestly, if you were planning to come here for a good drink and experience, this place is not it.

Went there yesterday evening after shopping at whole foods . Atmosphere was modern and their Tea was of good quality.But the two service attendants were very inattentive to me . They ignored me and carried on with their conversations while serving my tea with dislike . Those two girls need a proper training regarding customer care .

Located in Whole Foods this is a great stop for coffee. The drinks are much less sweet than other shops which I love. It’s a casual environment but great for coffee on the go. Tried the draft coffee which absolutely hit the spot - not too bitter, not too sweet.

Walked over from my house for coffee and they were closed. Politely asked the cashier what time they opened and she responded so rudely. I understand being a coffee cashier may not be the easiest job in the world and dealing with customers can be frustrating, but maybe consider a new profession if working with people isn’t for you! This is the location at the Whole Foods on Lamar. Coffee is delicious though! It’s the shorter coffee barista with more of a mullet cut, for reference. The taller barista is very kind.

Unfortunately, received terrible service. Tried to order a macchiato that was on the menu, but with caramel added. The barista was very snarky and replied with a straight face, “We don’t have that. We’re not Starbucks.” Following that comment, she did not provide any follow-up recommendations. This was March 10th at 3:53. The coffee we ended up ordering was okay, but not enough to make up for the lack of customer service.
