Bad experience today. The girl working at the bakery had terrible service and a bad attitude. The coffee was bad, tasteless, really awful. The service today was bad, both from the bakery itself and from the girl taking the orders. This is the first time I've had this experience in 8 years. I'm truly disappointed.

Food was good. However, service was slow (I felt ignored for the first few minutes) and there were barely any clean tables. Having dirty plates and leftover food throughout the entire restaurant was just gross! There were not many customers and business were fairly slow, but cleaning tables did not seem to be a priority. It was a huge turnoff.

The girl at the register asked me how I wanted my egg and said scrambled came out runny and asked for scrambled. Told manager not her fault and white lady manager in photo made it worse. Will not return and should have asked for refund.
Only egg on one side of my sandwich and thinnest possible piece of egg. When told manager she just took pieces of one side and put a small piece on other side and said she will charge me for an extra egg if I want on both sides. Ordered a breakfast sandwich but got a BLT instead. Terrible service and food is just as bad!

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for about 15 years, but today I had a very unpleasant experience. I ordered a Caesar salad and politely asked if they could warm up the chicken, but the person taking my order mocked me and said no. When I explained that I always order it that way, she responded sarcastically, “Well, not today.” She then continued making fun of me and even raised her voice when I asked about the menu. I felt very uncomfortable and decided to leave. Very disappointing after so many years of being a loyal customer.

I ordered to go 40 minutes before closing time. The staff told customers that only to go orders are available, but the store feels like it's already closed. If that's the case, just close the store or why it's still open. I'm not satisfied with the food they packed when I get home. It's quick to make a really simple order to cut sandwiches. Maybe it's because they want to go home.. I don't want to spend money here feeling this way. For the time being.
Glitch with cake. We met family there for my granddaughter's birthday celebration. We couldn't use the birthday cake we brought.
