This location is not recommended for catering orders early in the morning even though they offer it. I had put in my order, paid, and left a tip 3 days prior to my event and they were 30 minutes late causing our meeting to start late as well.

My daughter and I love this restaurant. A quaint French style restaurant. I love the Quiche. My favorite. The corn chowder is absolutely the best. And if you want sweets, there are plenty to choose from. When it's cold outside there is a beautiful fireplace inside to warm you.

la Madeline at this location is not aging well.Perhaps I'm wrong, but it seems to me, like many places, the portions have gotten smaller. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and it seemed the amount of chicken salad was a small spoonful on a small croissant.The service is 4 stars, but it isn't your typical sit down restaurant where you have full wait service, just primarily food runners and bussers.This location needs maintenance. Fresh paint, newer fixtures, and repaired or new flooring.The people are great, the food is good; just not enough is served.

Outstanding flavorful filling meals! Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, this place never disappoints! Mushroom soup hits the spot on a chilly night and the salad explodes with flavor.This is a Must if visiting Austin!!!
The granola wasn't as fresh as I would have liked. But, over all, it was an enjoyable experience. It was a cold day so the fireplace was most welcome.

I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant and the staff. The food is always phenomenal. The staff are even kinder than their food is good. It’s our favorite La Madeleine’s we’ve ever been to, and come here as often as we can. You will never regret giving this place a try if you haven’t already!! Sweetest people in the world with genuinely amazing food…you can’t go wrong supporting businesses like that!!! Also these beef and parmesan potatoes are out of this world delicious!!!! Hope they decide to keep it on the menu instead of limited time!! ☺️
