I visit La Madeline very frequent and today I had the best experience. Adeleine was on point with customer service, the food was excellent thank you.

My wife and I have eaten at the Sunset location a few times a month for the last two years. We always thought it was great. Six weeks ago something changed. The staff was all but gone, tables were left stacked with used dishes for the whole time we were there. No place for customers to sit unless they cleaned the table themselves. This has happened the last two times we were there.

Delicious French brunch, lunch and dinner! Fresh coffee and bread, with butter and jelly. I love the quiche Florentine and French Dip sandwich. Warm fireplace seating available. :) :)

Food was underwhelming, atmosphere was stale, and the only redeeming quality was the staff. We were served quickly, but the portions were small. Pastries had flies. Not necessarily a complete deal breaker, but something you don’t want to see at a restaurant like this.

Surprisingly empty at lunch time. Friendly staff. Unfortunately there are not many Vegan options available. So I went with the avocado toast and the walnut and cranberry salad. While they were both good, the salad was overdressed.

The employees are friendly and helpful in explaining menu items. The restaurant is clean as well. The food could use a little work. Their almond croissants are drier than the Sahara desert. I have to drive 20 to 30 minutes to go to the Great Hills location for the almond croissant. They fill it nicely so it's not dry going down. I also got the chuck friand, again could use a little extra sauce, it was a tad on the dry side. I ended up throwing away the almond croissant, which is a shame because that's what I had actually gone in for.

Love La Madeleine, for decades, at any location. This location is especially liked for not only the great menu and food, but also, in addition, an amazing staff and management.Parking: Convenient, well-maintained environment and parking lot, that is easily accessible for those who want/need extra space.Kid-friendliness: Environment and staff are family friendly, with a culture of inclusion for all, including the little ones.Wheelchair accessibility: Facility is well designed and built to be ADA compliant. Space is easily navigated. And friendly staff are available to accommodate anyone's special needs.
Meh... probably wouldn't come here again. Food selection wasn't good for a person with a gluten allergy and the atmosphere was kinda off-putting? Like a fancy French bistro but it's just a buffet. Also it's quite pricey for the experience.
They have pretty tasty dessert that made naturally.

Would be nice if they could fix the door that leads out to patio dining. Completely destroys any sense of peace. I spent 10+ years breakfasting at LA Md...for the peace. Hope this helps them bring back the peace this place used to share. TIA

I like the chain but this location sucks. The music in the kitchen is louder than the music in the dining area. The staff don't know the recipes.
