We had such a great experience with my niece and nephew’s orthodontic treatment. The office is clean and welcoming, and the staff are always friendly and professional. Dr. Pan is very kind and patient — she answers all our questions and explains everything clearly, which made us feel comfortable and confident. Scheduling is easy and works well with our schedule, and the pricing is very reasonable. Definitely recommend!

I threw away my son’s retainers and needed an orthodontist that could get me retainers same day… googled around and made same phone calls and came across Thousand Smiles. I made an appointment and so glad I did! It was such an easy process we had our retainers and impressions in 2 hours! Thank you so much Dr. Pan and her team they are extremely professional and friendly! Her office is immaculate, also!
