We have ordered from La Nortena Atx several times through Door Dash and the food has always been good, maybe not gourmet fare, but tasty and satisfying. However, twice in the past month our order was mysteriously cancelled. The day/time of the orders was during the time their website says they are open. After noting that my first order was not progressing through the Door Dash process, I tried to call La Nortena Atx but their voicemail is not set up and no one answered the phone. I went ahead and cancelled my first order about 30 minutes after placing it. Door Dash has very good customer service so getting a refund was not a problem. The second cancellation was made either by Door Dash or La Nortena Atx - 30 minutes or so after placing the order I received notice that La Nortena Atx was unable to fulfill my order and it was cancelled and that I would receive a refund, which I did. I don't know what the problem was either time, but the experiences have left me unwilling to order from La Nortena Atx again.

Omg best tacos! It remind me of back home in the valley next to Tamaulipas. It is very hard to find authentic street tacos but their meat is very juicy and tasty. The tortillas are actual big!..yellow corn tortillas and the add one are even better. Lots of cilantro, onions/ cebolla, with lemon and super good salsa! I can describe the goodness of their tacos unless u try them.The owners are very nice and humble their location is so cute on a food truck spot in Dripping Spring...best street tacos ever!!! look for the red food truck!!!-Marisol❤️Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options are amazing! The taco has vegetables season at its best with bell pepper, corn, onions n other vegetables that make the taco nice and juicy!Kid-friendliness: Family friendly ❤️Parking: You can literally park your car next to the food trucks.

Food was amazing! I moved to Austin over a year ago, and I could not find authentic Mexican food. This place hit the spot! It was amazing the birria tacos were on point. The shrimp cocktail was delicious. The customer service was incredible. They exceeded all expectations. It was like having a home cooked meal. This is my new go to! 10/10 recommend!

I love the Austin food truck scene. And even though every area in San Antonio is overflowing with good Mexican restaurants, Austin has them too but you have to seek them out.I think this food truck moves around, but we found it at the Fetch food truck park in the Bee Caves area.We got the Parrillada Norteña Mix. It was superb. It comes with a bunch of different meats and rather than just describe each to you, let me just say that even the sausage was excellent. All the meats in the combo all have that lovely grilled flavor and each one has its own seasoning or spices. Just writing this review is making me hungry for it again.Plus fresh tortillas and even the side of beans was loaded with meat and delicious. I'm looking forward to coming back!

Worst Mexican food I’ve tried in Austin by far and the service was absolutely horrible. The people there are not kind at all. I DO NOT recommend this place at all.

Best damn tacos ive had here and ive had a lot of tacos. Pork and morito sauce, go for it! New for me and a revelation. Also the roasted peppers in creamy sauce was the best veg taco ive had. there arent always good veg options. plus look at those impeccable vibes. honestly beats the 28$ tacos ive had at trendy Suerte
