We stopped in for late night food because we did not have a lot of options and were nearby headed home. Our server was super friendly and informative about the menu. The burger was crazy huge and great according to my friend who ordered. They told us that the owner also owns short stop and is a huge burger lover so that's why they have this on the menu. Very unusual for a mexican spot but I like it! We also got the flaming queso with chorizo which is always cool just to have at the table. I got the tortilla soup. It was simple and great. Overall, would go again when we're in the area.

The margaritas were pretty good but I didn't have any alcohol in it I didn't even get a buzz but the overall experience was great amd the workers customer service was great!!

Old skool Austin...it's good. Neighborhood is well,,,,hmm.
But the food is good. Service is good too. Be careful in the parking lot. Just sayin.

Lunch special was good. I chose the enchiladas. They can make them with a variety of sauces. I felt mine were a bit dry. The drinks come in a very large glass which is good for the price. Overall, it's a decent lunch menu.

If you're in the mood for an authentic Mexican dining experience, look no further . From the moment you step inside, the vibrant atmosphere envelops you with colorful decor and a lively crowd. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the amazing rice and beans—each bite bursting with rich, authentic flavors that transport you straight to Mexico. The rice and beans taste just like my parents homemade.

Adding to the fun, a DJ spun lively Tejano music, creating an infectious energy. My kids and even made our own dance floor. The combination of delicious food and engaging music makes this spot perfect for a night out with friends or family. Don’t miss this gem if you’re craving a true taste of Mexico!
