Love this place! Their caldo de rez is the best with the side of rice/ cilantro/ lime & their homemade corn tortillas. It has always tasted pretty fresh! 😋 My hubby loves their menudo!

I ate menudo here. The tripe is always tender and the brothe has a great flavor. The staff is always friendly

I’ve dined in and had take out, both have been a toss up, one visit it’s hot and the other cold, and wait/servers are not happy. There’s a tension in their air.

The food was good overall — not the best I’ve had, but definitely not bad. It wasn’t greasy, and I didn’t feel heavy after eating, which is always a plus. My server was friendly, though they did mix up a couple of our orders at the table. The rice could’ve used a bit more flavor, but the chicken was tasty and well-cooked.
The enchiladas, chicken tacos, and beef puffy tacos are worth trying 🌮. The restaurant was pretty packed around 7 PM during the dinner rush, so expect a bit of a wait. You don’t pay at the table — instead, you pay near the front door in a narrow hallway on your way out.

LOVE La Posada! This place has been consistently delicious & upheld a high standard for MANY years now. I'm addicted to their beef Fajita & guacamole tacos, but you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

Amazing food with amazing prices. I had the enchilada with eggs and my boyfriend had the steak ranchero. Both were delicious and filling. We couldn't finish our plates. Both their flour and corn tortillas are made in house... Yummy! Everything I've tried here has been good, even the chicken fried steak. On busy nights you may have a short wait, but once seated, you're taken care of and food is brought out pretty quick. Margaritas and beer are great, too! Give it a try! Enjoy! 😁

Dropped by La Posada on West Gate and had a solid, comforting Mexican meal. I ordered the Beef Fajitas (sizzling, tender strips with peppers & onions) and a cheese enchilada plate, with their complimentary chips & salsa to start. The barbacoa tacos also stood out — juicy, well-seasoned, and wrapped in soft corn tortillas.

The service was friendly and the place has that casual, neighborhood charm — nothing fancy, just good food and a warm atmosphere. I’ll definitely go back to try their mole enchiladas or breakfast tacos next time.

We have been going here since it opened. One of my favorites is the caldo de pollo. It’s really filling, tastes great, and is full of veggies.

Greeted quickly, drinks within 2 minutes, food was great, they have MENUDO! Prices are on point. Worth the 13 min drive from downtown area.
