Well we had to try this Michelin Star 2025 Taco truck location. Three of us. We ordered the breakfast taco, and other popular tacos and drinks. The food aesthetics was superb, very good presentation, a Michelin Star delivery, see photos. Location is very nice, parking in the back available, three other businesses share location and patio. Very kid and pet friendly. It's a Hybrid of a taco truck and fast food combo. Fairly busy location. The drinks look nice but half full of ice and not the authentic agua frescas I was expecting, you are better off buying drinks in adjacent coffee shop or bar. Well the moment of truth as we started eating our tacos, not bad but lacking real traditional Mexican cuisine flavor that I have tried in Mexico. Skip the breakfast taco, looks nice but not worth it. The green salsa was great but red Habanero was awful and tiny servings. For about $25 per person for tacos, it's a once and done experience for me, but truly worth the experience if you have not been to a Michelin Star location In addition there are no prices on the menu, I guess they figure if you need to ask - you can't afford it? You have to get prices on website in advance, and receipts do not itemize-suggested tip was 18%. Staff deserved it as they were quick ,fast and efficient My daughters loved the ambiance , they will be back to impress friends. Bring your dog and kids, it is fun, plus there is a coffee and bar adjacent plus a thrift store. Live music would be great addition.

I stopped by La Santa Barbacha and had such a great time. The tacos were good, fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want when you’re craving good Mexican food in Austin. The vibes were awesome too, easygoing atmosphere, perfect for hanging out with friends, also the coffee next to the taqueria was pretty good

First stop when visiting Austin. Came for some light bites; had barbacoa taco, benito taco, and sope. The barbacoa was good and the dishes were balanced out well with vegetables and avocado. The tortillas and masa base were also good so it would be nice to try with other meats besides barbacoa (it seems they only have barbacoa which is their specialty). Parking was at a small lot in the back (entering from Randolph Road) and there is street parking. The first floor is a dining area and the second floor is where you order and there is counter space there. Service was fast and friendly.

The food is tasty and delicious but it’s quite pricey, $7 per taco is insane!

Excellent Barbacoa tacos! The food was delicious and the best, they keep gluten free tortilla! I’m celiac and I’am always looking for gluten free options and this was the place. The plates are service as a piece of art! Congratulations to the staff for serving the delicious food and the presentation working in the food truck!

Overall, I had an ok experience. Staff was friendly. Was recommended to try the chilaquiles by my barber. I love chilaquiles wholeheartedly, they’re one of my favorite Mexican breakfast dishes. So I decided to stop by. Presentation was nice, but once I started eating it all went downhill from there. The flavor was there at first but it soon became a huge mushy slop. I think there’s just too much going on in the dish. I’m all for soggy chilaquiles, it’s part of the experience when eating this dish. But there needs to be a balance. I think the refried beans, the juicy barbacoa, and the over sauce on the chips was just a recipe for disaster. Lastly about half of my Agua Fresca was this foamy layer that is added to the drink. It’s cool and all but my drink was gone after 3 good sips and was left with just foam. For $28 dollars I did not see the value here. I may come back and try something else.

These are some of the most perfect tortillas I’ve ever had in my life! And one of the best and most beautiful migas tacos I’ve also ever tasted! The patio is peaceful and gorgeous, I’m excited to return soon and often!

My sister found La Santa Barbacha through Yelp, so we stopped by for breakfast tacos before heading back to Houston. Despite the rainy weather, the outdoor space looked inviting with park benches and a covered terrace—though the thin covering let some rain through. There was a short line, but the service was quick. I had the Migas Barbacoa taco—beautiful presentation and incredible flavor! Paired with a bottled Mexican Coke, it made my morning. My sister and brother-in-law tried other tacos and loved them too. Great portion size—not too big or small. It's definitely worth a visit, rain or shine!

Food is good, takes a while, and if you order in groups, they very well might get things wrong. We were missing 2 out of 11 things and another 2 were incorrect.

But the food was good, possibly better if it had been correct.
