Way overpriced, guy at the meat counter didn’t speak english, lady at the register didn’t speak at all, barely looked at my 2 items she was busy talking to and looking at a couple of girls at the counter to her right. At least the parking lot is well lit and seems clean.

Food is good barbacoa amd carnitas are our favorite but the people at the registers are always rude, they kinda talk to you like as they were better than you and NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. We started going to the other place down the street JDs

I am writing to report an unsatisfactory experience at LaCasa SuperMercado on 12/13/2025, during shift 47864. The cashier, Masi, did not greet me at any point and remained on her phone throughout the transaction, which appeared unprofessional and inattentive. At the conclusion of the purchase, my change was thrown toward me rather than handed respectfully.
Customer service should reflect courtesy and professionalism, and unfortunately this interaction did not meet those standards. I hope management reviews this matter and takes appropriate steps to improve customer service moving forward.

I'm sure they got plenty of good things in there but whatever you do stay away from any RED marinated meat or chiken... it will ALWAYS be rotten or way over past due..

Possibly the friendliest grocery store I've ever been too. It's larger than it would appear from the outside. They have practically everything you need in a grocery store, plus the added bonus of the multitudes of authentic Mexican and Indian foods. In house restaurant serving amazing Mexican food! That has to be the highlight. If you're in North Austin it's definitely something to check out.

Do not trust an atm service from this kind of place. They do not have supported functionality and don't bring quality to their customer service. If money is incorrect it's not out of their wallet and only a problem of the atm. They will not push for customer satisfaction, even though LaCasa SuperMercado is the responsible parties. Like all good store owners claim to be.

I went to buy chops, and they gave me an incomplete chop, all thin..., because I didn't ask for pounds, I asked for units, they came out with that cheap rate ?♀️

Poor quality on customer service. The lady who answered the phone was very rude, poor actitud and very bad customer service. I just call to ask for some food stuff that I need for a company and before I can continue with the phone call this lady hung up the phone.
