Got a strawberry cupcake and it was raw 😢 went up to cashier to show it was raw, got a new one but it also turned out to be raw!! 😢 Thanks for at least giving me a replacement but still took a loss by buying an inedible cupcake

We used Lady Quacks for my daughter’s wedding last Saturday in downtown Austin . Kristen was excellent to work with and great at communication . We wanted a dessert table comprised of a sweetheart vintage cake , cupcakes , and brownies . They knocked it out of the park !!! Everything was beautiful and tasted delicious !! Great quality and service ! Highly recommend using them for your wedding, or any special occasion!
We really love the chocolate chip scones and sugared cinnamon rolls. Their current seasonal coffee is the best pumpkin spice latte I've had that wasn't Starbucks.

The prices are marked incorrect, the chocolate cream pie doesn’t taste like chocolate at all (super disappointing) the crust on the pie was delicious! The bakery itself if fun cool vibes!

I was so blown away when I received my cake. It’s was supposed to be a multi tier cake and I was given only one. Not to mention it looked nothing like what I wanted. If the cake couldn’t be captured then you could have called. I’m so hurt this was for my daughter’s bday. Her an i sat and picked out the cake that she wanted and what you gave was not a representation of what I wanted

Went for the first time today. Cool to see people working through the glass, not too impressed with the service. $4 cupcake ($5 with the tip) was small and came with a block of solid icing from being too cold that we threw away. Cake was too airy and not really very good. Don't get the hype.
I stopped in yesterday for the first time and was disappointed. Red Velvet is my ride or die and I couldn’t even eat my cupcake. The frosting was curdled somehow and had chunks in it? Yuck. The eclair was ok but not amazing for the price. I’m sad.

Cute shop by a fun park for kids to play at. We had a limoncello sweet, a pecan bar and a cute little cupcake/brownie made to look like a hamburger. There is a lot to choose from and they have cute ideas, with a cute environment. However, I probably won't be back as the pastries all seemed really dry, super crumbly and sweet which is something I'm not a huge fan of.

I have no idea what some of these negative reviews are. I’m honestly baffled. I go with my daughter here weekly and adore it. The customer service is always top notch and so are the pastries. Also- great reasonable prices. The coffee is hit or miss but not why we go. It’s a bakery not a coffee shop. Plus the ducks and the books and games. Always clean. What more can you ask for!

I am a biracial women’s and every time I go into the quacks off mueller, I’m treated poorly. When I go in I sit there waiting on someone to help me and grab the cupcakes out of the cases. It’s like 4 people in there and they won’t be busy and I’ll still have to wait for someone to greet me. Then as they see I’m waiting, Caucasians people will come in and they’ll greet them and take their order before mine even though they see me waiting to be served. Won’t be going back there! They are not friendly at all!
