my friends and i order four different desserts and i do not ever recommend them. maybe ice cream is okay, but being mexicans ourselves expectations were high and we were super let down. the only one that was edible was the piña slice but it wasn't that good. definitely stay away from the pinguino cupcakes. they are big but when i opned up the container it smelled like fabuloso and even tasted a little like it and i could barely finish the two bites i took. had to throw that one and the cheesecake away because they were so gross. the chocoflan was sort of decent except extremely dry.

The best Mexican ice cream overall I’ve found in Austin. The ice cream is delicious they have so many flavors and almost all are 10/10. The sandia , tamarindo , piña colada , etc are so freaking good. The elote is also solid. We usually get the ice cream only so that’s been our main experience.
We have tried the slices of cake they offer but I would not recommend those. They are dry and taste old.

My family and I were hoping to enjoy a good Mexican desert but instead we walked out without anything. My wife took our daughter to the bathroom and while they washed their hands one of the workers came out of the other stall and walked out. She didn’t flush the toilet or wash her hands. As my wife was telling me what happened we see the lady start handling the food and it out to costumers.

Why don’t they have a MENU!! Manager/owner common sense, add a freakn menu and things will be better for employees and customers
A menu could solve all of the complaints from the other bad reviews, slow service, wrong toppings served.
There are some tvs with some items on the OPPOSITE SIDE OF where you order MAKES NO SENSE the placement of the tvs and even the things that are there dont have the ingredients.
You know why service is so slow because if you ask about whats in a dorilocos they have to go on the computer find it and then they tell you , imagine doing this I don’t know how many times a day..you why??? Why?? They could just have it on the menu and customer knows exactamente what they are getting and employees dont waste time explaining ingredients to every single customer. Bam service is faster

Such a nice experience and the food was delicious! The torta with milanesa could use some hot sauce but thats my only comment, the workers were kind and attentive, and I'm definitely stopping by when I pass by Austin again!!!
