Ok, if you are looking for something unique, try the quesadillas de floor de calabaza ( Zucchini flower 🌼)!! Something you usually do not find in the USA, and it is an inland Mexico specialty. They also have quesadillas de huitlacoche (black mushrooms) not my favorite but everyone has their own taste, I’m just bringing this up for those who like it.

It’ll be awesome if they could serve micheladas with my quesadillas!

This place reminds me of the quesadillas stands in Mexico! Flavorful and tasty!! The Barbacoa tacos are south Mexico style! And the chicharron prensado is just on point!! You definitely need to give it a try if you want authentic food!

My go-to for a quick meal - they are fast, fresh and they have (house made?) corn tortillas which are the bomb dot com. This is NOT Tex Mex, the chicken is tinga not grilled and we are seeing huitlacoche, flor de calabaza, etc. Mm mm mm!
