Finally...I've found the BEST Cuban Food Truck in Austin Lechones Papo!!! The food was packed full of flavor every bite was delicious! They also give you so much food for dinner and lunch the next day, what a bargain! So, what's for dinner tonight...LECHONES PAPO!!!!

Just ordered the Lechon plate, it was huge. It can easily feed 2-3 adults. Lechon was super juicy and crispy, giant piece. The rice and beans were beautiful. Food coma for sure.
