We were a big group of 7 and decided for the prefix and left very disappointed. I would love to say that the staff was friendly but their attitude and service was probably even worse than the food itself.

Thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place. Food was delicious and flavorful. Favorites: Pullman bread (pictured), linguini, and fried cauliflower. Loved the South Austin Iced Tea cocktail (chai) as well!Service was great. Emma was super attentive, patient, and gave great recs.Atmosphere was lovely too!

Had the three course dinner. Tasted great. It was a little high price, but it was for our anniversary.

Absolutely will return to Lenoir. Truly loved everything we ate - crab fingers were so unique and the linguini with garlic caramel was incredible. The sunchokes were actually our favorite. Blue corn hush puppies were good but can be skipped.Lots of orange wine on the menu and a really fun outdoor area. Just make sure it’s good weather outside and that you’re okay with only wine and beer.

I absolutely love Lenoir. The food is warm weather food inspired by climates similar to Austin with a rotating menu. Several mainstays include the house Pullman bread served with the best pimento cheese and chow chow, the blue corn and pecan hush puppies, and the crab fingers. The rest of the menu alternates depending on the season and offers a variety of options for any dietary lifestyle. I dined last night with my vegan friends and they were amazed by the options, calling the current linguine the best food they'd had this year (and they live in New York City, which feels like that's saying something). They also have an expansive wine and wine based cocktail list that has a bottle/glass for any palette. The service is one of the best in the city with a dedication to providing quality guest experience and a fine dining experience at a reasonable price point. The restaurant has two options for dining, either inside in the converted bungalow or outside in the wine garden. Both are unique and different experiences to behold.Perfect for any occasion and would highly recommend for celebrations.

I was really excited to try this place as I always drive past it on South 1st. It's a beautiful spot with an incredible patio area that is equipped with both heat lamps and fans. They are really prepared for any type of weather we might have. It was a very chill spot, however, the food was not for me and I can't recommend it to anyone. I tried the marinated olives, hush puppies, sunchokes, caesar salad, and the linguini. Unfortunately I only enjoyed the hush puppies, thought they were nice, crisp, and warm. However, everything else was very one timed and the flavors were not mixing well. They leaned way too sour and made my mouth pucker. Even the linguini was odd, more soy sauce and hoisin based. Overall, I didn't enjoy any of the flavors and was not impressed by the restaurant's offerings.

Todd and his chefs never disappoint. Lenoir is one of our favorite hang-outs especially on nice weather evenings sitting in their outdoor area.

Great wine with amazing quality small plates! That paired with the ambiance makes this place a perfect spot for date night!

This review has been long overdue. My husband and I were last here for a birthday dinner and had been here for an anniversary dinner before that. Over the years I’d say I’ve been here a dozen times over the last 2 years mostly as part of a larger party or work group. The service is always great and the atmosphere stellar but the food every time we’ve been here was impressive on paper but bland in execution. The food lacks in flavor and is unexpectedly boring to the palate. We’ve certainly tried to give it a shot with their changing menus. There’s usually one dish that’s a standout, two if we’re lucky, but most everything else is meh. We also leave hungry! For the price of an experience here, we’ve found other places that deliver equally lovely atmosphere and service but that offer more flavorful, exciting menu execution- and more food for the price. We still come for wine and won’t turn down a group meet up here. We just understand the expectation and usually will duck out for a tastier, more filling meal elsewhere… not to mention parking is always a stress inducer.

Always amazing! I have dined in both main dining room and in their private dining Petit Maison and have continued to be an advocate of Chef Todd and Jessica. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Cozy Atmosphere and great wine list.

Excellent european American spot focused on local and seasonal produce, with an ever changing food menu and constantly updated wine list - many of which are sustainable, bio, organic. Many orange and skin contact and funky small batch breweries. Garden seating is great and a nice vibe. Really good housemade sauces and spreads.

3 chef course tasting was excellent but the service is what really took the spotlight of the evening. Our server was extremely helpful with the wine tastings and patient with us while we deciding on the wine. The food was good and portions were appropriate. Dinner for the chef tasting and two glasses of wine came in just at $200 for two of us with tax and tip.
